Concierge Car Wash Westfield Eastgardens

Its my honour to give my review regarding conceirge car wash. On sunday i have visited this car wash. I was very impressed by there greeting style. I got super car wash for my honda elantra I was very happy by there service. The staff is so professional.

My car was dirty from driving on gravel roads. The guys at Concierge Car Wash did a great job washing, cleaning, and vacuuming. Very happy with their service.

I have visited here to have my Mercedes Benz car wash. They have done a great job. The staff is so polite and nice. I m very happy. Thank you.

I have visited here to have my BMW car wash. They have done a great job. They have converted my dirty car into a neat & clean car. The staff is so polite nd nice. I m very happy. Thank you for awesome experience.

The Worst!
First and last time ever using Concierge Car Wash Eastgardens.
Took my car to their car wash and they didn't actually wash the car!
I arrived first when they opened at 8: 30am for a quick express wash. He asked if I want vacuum, I said I don't have much time, depending what time can he have it done. He said 30mins so 9am for $45, this is as per the advertised pricelist. He asked if I wanted the mats washed and dash wiped, I said if you can do it in the time yes, but if not then don't worry, I will do it next time.
I came back and paid the $45 and then staff member#2 handed me the key and said the outside wasn't washed because he claims that I only wanted the inside cleaned because I was in a rush!? Only the mats were washed and the rest poorly vacuumed, crumbs and popcorn still on the floor and seat. He claimed a misunderstanding but would not refund. Told me i can come back tomorrow if I want it washed.

Did my car wash at Eastgardens. Very good, dedicated and efficient. Much better than the below carwash

Very good service explained what he was going to do and he did what he said will tell all my friend about concierge car wash at eastgardens thats why I always go there pricing is good and the value is good too and the people are friendly.

Great customer service, car looked good and even chucked in an extra bit of cleaning for no extra cost! Highly recommend.

Just pulled into The Concierge at Westfields Eastgardens, no one there.
Said just want wash and Vac and only front Vac no dry car it’s raining, no point.
He repeated and said it’d be an hour? I said there’s no one here mate. He said ok 40 mins

$70 dollars! HOW MUCH? He repeated $70 I said that’s mental, you’ve lost me mate I closed door and went to drive off, he said ok ok 40 dollars, I still drove away, don’t use these people.

They took my remote control for my garage, and then asked my why they would take it? Caused me alot of grief and with no way of contacting them I had to call the police. The attendant was rude about it and never appologized for anything. And the car wash was not that good also.

Got the car washed at a reasonable price. Staff were understanding to a particular issue inside the cabin and steamed the area at no extra cost.

There was a slight issue but Harsh took the responsibility and made sure he resolved it with fairness. Thank you! And top of that, cleaned my car really well thank you so much! Happy Customer.

Had a great experience with the car wash service. Our white Toyota looks like new. Everything was clean, including on the inside of the doors, windows were clean and sparkling. Thank you guys.

Don't waste your time or your money! Worst clean that I have ever had done to my car. Cleaner forgot to do half of the inside front window.how do you forget to do such a basic thing!? Drip marks on exterior too so please do not give them your custom.

I've been to this place a couple of times the service is quite good. I spent about $35 on a Express wash and the result was worth every penny. Love the place and their service.

I ask them i need my car back within an hour. When i came back after 45 minutes, it was shining from very far and done properly. Thanks to the guys. Really appreciate. Surely will be back

Spent $30 on wash, dry water drops all over car not wiped down, break dust on rims, windshield had water streaks all over it didn't do complementary free hand wax as advertised (for month of June). Was offered 5 washes at discount price. No thanks. Terrible, will not be back.

I have two young kids so my car was a mess! Took it here to get detailed and was amazed at what a brilliant job they did, looks like new!
