Got my car washed ready for sale. Shampoo internally and waxed outside. Very happy with the quality of the completion with a fair price. Very clean and attention to the details. Will definitely recommend to others.

The worst service I have received in the last five years and they only take money and are not professional.

Went this morning for a general wash and clean. Noticed some specs before i left and called them over to clean it and they wiped some of it away. As I was driving home, my toll tag fell off with a broken clip and tape stuck on it. I have NEVER taken off my tag nor broke it since i got it. They could've said it broke off as it was an accident but felt necessary to lie and hide it. NOT ONLY THAT, i got home and noticed, that my roof isn't cleaned properly, my front window screen has marks and dirt still all under my wipers and the lower part of the window still. My cup holders were not cleaned properly as there was still a little piece of rubbish in one. I didn't even bother properly checking the rest of the car because I knew I would find spots uncleaned. Literally could have done a better job myself, but I want to pay someone do it, however I wouldn't pay this place again. I'd rather take my car and money to a place that does a proper job.

Terrible Experience at Concierge Carwash

I booked and paid for an appointment at Concierge Carwash, but they made me wait 1.5 hours past my appointment time. Rude staff, no refund. Don't waste your time or money here. Avoid at all costs.

I’d give a 0 star if I could. Such rude employees! I came in for a car wash 15 mins before they close because I booked that time online. The person there told me they’re closed already. I said why did their website let me book that time if it’s closed? And his answer was the website will book anytime, whatever time you put. WTH? ! What kind of service is that? ! I would not recommend going here. I recommend going to Star Car Wash which is right across the building. They have friendly employees and provide good service. Such a waste of time coming here!

Had my car washed and polished at Tuggerah Concierge car wash today, I was very impressed with the prompt service and my car was shining inside and out, great job guys. Will definitely use this service again.

These guys are awesome! I hardly recognised my car. It was well over due for a wash & polish. I’m always surprised how amazing it looks after. Highly recommend!

Great service & attention to detail. Open 7days a week till 4.30pm is a bonus. Wish would done one late night so can drop by after work. Would love it even more if they put the seats, mirrors back in its original position.

Friendly and personable guys right off the bat. Very pleased, as the Car was very clean any shiny. He also gave some good advice concerning avoiding parking under trees. This is my second visit and i will definitely be coming again! Thanks guys, great job!
