Concierge Car Wash Lake Macquarie

Each and every time I use Concierge Car Wash at Mount Hutton, I leave so impressed with the service given and attention to detail shown. My car is spotless and gleaming when I drive away, which is why I'm a regular here. I can thoroughly recommend this business.

The guy was very attentive when I looked over the car and asked me if there is anything that I wanted him to go over again and said please if you have any issues come back in and I will fix anything for you straight away which I could not fault anything, so I did not need to do this

Can’t work out what I was paying for with a ‘super wash’ when mud and bugs were still visible and windscreens filthy. Handed back soaking wet floor mats that appear to have been hosed and look as though they were not vacuumed or shampooed. I’d rather wash my own car unless I can find a better local option.

Very friendly service, some additional cleaning required, but very happy to finish off after water marks etc pointed out. Will definitely return.

Always go there. They do an excellent job. I always have lots of dog hair. They always tell me no guarantees for dog hair and still do an excellent job. The staff are very respectful.

I’m very disappointed with the detail I had done today. For $160, there was food left in the tray, spiderwebs on the mirrors, dust and streak marks all over the car and windows. I’ve heard they can do a good job on the $25 hand wash, but would not recommend using them for detailing.

The attendant is always very pleasant. He does his best considering that he works by himself all day.

Drop the car off, and a young boy called his boss and handed me the phone and told me it was $60 for external wash and internal vacuum and windows cleaned. I was then advised it would take 1hr 20mins

2hrs and 10mins later it's was finished, even thought there was only one car in front of me and none behind.

When I received the car back and on my way home I discovered someone had been through the glovebox and stole $22 in gold coins.

I also discovered that the service should have cost $45, not $60, as per their Web site.

I contacted the owner and told him about being over charged. He said that's the starting price, and depending on how dirty the car was the price wpuld change. On the day the guy on the phone never seen the car and it was not overly dirty needing additional work or effort. He couldn't offer any explanation or made any effort to right their wrong.

I then addressed the stealing of the money and he wouldn't have any part of it, saying they don't open gloveboxes, even though there was money missing and things moved around in the glovebox. He didn't want to know about it and hung up on me.

Save yourself the hassle, go elsewhere or leave your car dirty, this guy is a disgrace.
