Very fast service. Ordered a number of training books and new headset on a Monday and was delivered by Tuesday.

Also dropped into the store in the weekend, the lady in store knew exactly the products I needed.

Highly recommended for your aviation needs.

What great service. I had forgotten about a book I had ordered for collection so they posted it out to me regardless for cost. Such a nice touch I had to drive in to pay for the postage. Little things like that and their good range of products will keep me recommending them in the future.

Always plenty of stock in aviation textbooks, nav equipment, headsets and so much more. I am always able to get everything I need in one visit instead of having to order and return like some others.

Have been going here for years! Fantastic staff with knowledge of what’s needed for my pilot training. Keone has looked after me a few times and has always been helpful.

I really like this store because every time the charts and other material update, they have it in nice and early ready to go for the change over, even one time when there was a shortage they called me to let me know when it was in well before mine expired.
I can't tell you how many times I've gone out of my way to stores only to find out they have nothing in stock, I never feel this way with this store as the shelves are always bursting with new things to peruse at, I don't bother going elsewhere anymore.

I started my RPL not long ago and was told to grab some items by my instructor, when I went into the store not only did I find they had a tonne of options (my instructor wasn't too clear) but the guy and lady behind the counter helped explained some of the differences between them.

I had looked at other stores before going and saw they had an online shop too but I wanted to see the stuff in person to help make my decision, I also found because of my research everything pretty well priced.

I'll definitely be back

Very helpful and well stocked most of the time, stock does seems to be sparse when there are aviation courses starting but that's understandable. One small thing is when you call in asking if they have a sort of equipment in stock and they say that it'll be there on a certain day, you come to that day and the actual date of arrival is a bit later. Other than that, great store and easily accessible at the airport!

Very helpful staff, informative and easy going.generally well stocked and can get stuff in if needed.

Not very helpful with technical questions not sure these guys are even pilots.

Prices are very high and every time I go in its as if you have to get out as soon as you enter the building.

However other guy with the hat left I believe who was really helpful and was a knowledgeable guy with alot of flying experience. Shame.

If another shop comes up I would go their however Concept has it sown up so they can charge you what they like and do what they like because there is no competition. Won't be shopping here again. Online it is.
