It's a clean, Fun environment with really good equipment.

The individually tailored programmes keep me motivated and work on my weaknesses & I enjoy the small class sizes.

I can see how much I've progressed since my first appointment. It's exciting & been Life changing!

I have been suffering from neck and upper back pain for almost 3 weeks and no creams, rubs or medication offered much relief. I received a consult from Ajay at Concentric Rehab who was very easy-going and explained the steps he would take to not only relieve my pain but prevent it from happening again. I was very impressed by this as it was very important this pain did not interfere with my work or daily life. And after just one visit, my pain had reduced dramatically. I am now following the techniques and stretches to help strengthen my neck and upper back muscles. I want to wholeheartedly thank Ajay and the rest of the team at Concentric Rehab. Cheers guys!

I started attending Concentric Rehabilitation in Ashfield about a month ago and it has been a really positive experience. Ajay is very competent and has been really good at addressing my personal concerns and goals in creating a treatment plan. I'm finding the clinical pilates which is incorporated into my treatment very useful.

It has never felt like a business, more like I am visiting a friendly, family environment where the staffs one aim is to support my return to full mobility. I can't say enough good things about my experience with the concentric rehab centre. Having been to numerous physios for my quad and hamstring, I was a little apprehensive coming to Concentric. However, I was pleasantly surprised at their ability to quickly find the root cause of my issues and provide me with the best pathway to recovery. I have recommended this clinic to my family and friends. Its a nice change to receive excellent service and support.

The owner is fantastic and very impressed with the fact he posted out a lumbar support because I only came out if major surgery a few weeks ago. I totally recomend the centre to anyone out there who needs physio and advice with regabilrehabil after surgery or injury. They really are a five star facility

AJ you're the best! If anyone can put up with all my questions and probing then he is definitely an angel of patience! The facilities are first class with diagnosis with AJ using the bio feedback, video footage and photo analysis tools. To better explain my injury he showed me a 3D knee model and a video. AJ in full professional clothes even went beyond the call of duty and hit the floor showing me how to better use the foam roller. If you want a place that is professional, up to date with education and facilities this is the place you! #MummaKnots:)
