Absolutely ridiculous! Trying to sell my fathers shares but needed 2 forms of ID either Medicare passport or drivers licence. At 90years he only has a Medicare card so we couldn’t sell through Computershare. Can’t believe they don’t accept RMS photo ID cards!
Now I’m going to have to find a broker to sell them

I don’t typically waste time posting negative reviews but computershare has to be one of the worst services I’ve ever experienced. How is it in this day & age, a verification code needs to be sent via post?
Further, this is probably by design, but it’s near impossible to get on the phone with them. So infuriating! Their phone options make no sense and you can’t simply be put through to an agent but instead are disconnected. Unacceptable. Though this rant may not ever aid in changing anything there, I just needed to share my feelings like many others out there.

They keep sending mail for all your personal information they dont need. They are just fishing for your info. Please contact Head Office and tell them to stop mailing me. Everyone time I get mail from your company I will leave bad review

Yes. Computershare is an absolute joke! Worst company & online systems EVER! And I have dealt with some shocking systems.these guys take the cake! Shocking. They even use mail to verify.in the year 2022. Are you serious! Far out. Incompetence at the highest level! Wish I didn't have to go near them! I will be more careful to buy ASX companies that don't use this company in future!

Called the customer representative, very bad connection seems like outsourced to Philippine? Had few calls and all of them sound rude, do not care and not helpful.

"Computer says no! ". Computershare portal is worse than any government website but even then you can contact the government for assistance. Computershare systems so unintuitive and frustrating to use.

Absolutely ridiculously hard to get your information out of Computershare. They make is to difficult to login, that you get locked out and you cant go about doing the simple things with your account.

Absolutely terrible! Listen to your customers. Oh wait, you also make it difficult for customers to get in contact with you.

How convenient. This way of treating customers should be made illegal.

This is a terrible broker that charges $55.00 for a statement disclosing SRN of shares in one company! Such a rip-off! If you don't receive their statement, you have to pay the fees no other way! Imagine if you have shares in a few companies, that's a few hundred dollars for a few pieces of paper! Why there is no zero rating? Link Market Services provides much better customer support!

Having confirmed my ID and Password by email from Computershare, my troubles began. It rejected my ID and password. I confronted by phone AI and the robot. I conceded defeat to the robot 10 nil. I decided to send them a message but to do this it required confirmation of - you guessed it my.so I gave up. It gets one star otherwise I cannot post this review
