I thought I had a job with Enviroline. 2 days before my resignation was final at my current job I find out the jobs gone. Now it was Danny at Enviroline that told me I had the job, there was obviously zero follow up from Lauren. To be fair Lauren has contacted me to apologize for the lack of communication on their part, and I did accept that apology, though I am left feeling that Complete Recruitment has zero respect for their clients and prospective clients. I feel this way because the apology only came after Emails, calls and texts were not responded to until I started talking about consequences, like honest reviews for example. Kudos to Lauren though, she did show me the respect of owning her mistake and apologizing. That shows a level of compassion, self awareness and empathy I did not expect. I am still left feeling that there are more professional recruitment agencies around.

Have been with them for over 18 months and have not received 1 single phone call, it seems after i had the interview they were not interested, very disappointing! They are a complete joke

Rob Brown was correct in his review. Went in for an interview with Lauren, 2 job promises so I went for an interview with one of them and never heard back from CRS. Even went and applied for the second role via seek and still nothing. Have the skills, just not a good team to work with.

I would like to thank Complete Recruitment Solutions (CRS). Sandra, Corrine, Lauren and the team for everything they have done for me. They are a very professional & supportive job agency.

I would highly recommend CRS to anyone who is looking for a short term or ongoing job.

If any of you have any doubts regarding Complete Recruitment I offer up some reassurance.

I've been searching for work for quite some time and am registered with a number of LARGE Labour Hire Agencies. I've been candidate pooled 3 times, promised shifts, had shifts booked and cancelled, given approval for a job then had the job taken off the table, its been incredibly difficult to remain positive.

Then I met Lauren, what a breath of fresh air, so polite, professional, genuine and interested in actually getting me employed instead of just adding me to her incoming candidate count / pool.

Her colleagues via email interaction were so efficient and helpful, Mikayla and Liz, thanks ladies!

If they ask you to fill in the forms, do it, (yes I know form filling in can be so repetitive and seem to no avail), but this team have a rapid response alongside a resolve to solve mindset.

Not very nice to speak to. I spoke to someone by the name of Kirby. I found her to be rude and intrusive with her questions. It would be nice if you gave me a reason to give this agency a five star review like the other people that have given five stars. I am not sure why you decided to deal with me in such a poor way. Maybe these other people spoke to someone different. Or maybe not all the five star reviews are legitimate. I am sorry to speak this way, but I needed to voice my opinion.

I found that complete recruitment to be very good from the minute you walk in the door, they made sure every aspect of the job is covered as much as possible, the wages were laid out in front of me didn’t miss anything, & most of all I found them to be honest no sugar coating at all I can not fault them.

It must be a coincidence.or fake.
I'll leave 1 star because I think it is fake and this agency pays a rubbish hourly rate to numerous people including myself.
It's a different story on payday.

Corine was able to find me and presented me a job within a field I had been struggling a few months to find.
She was nothing but happy and courteous to help me, and was able to secure me the job!
Couldn’t be more thankful for her efforts!

Don't waste your time.unless you want an low income they wont even consider you.baited me with 2 job promises, went in for interview, called chasing jobs up, never got a call back, no emails zero communication.considering all these 5 star reviews don't believe them.

Corine who I was dealing with was absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful, but not just within her scope of a recruitment role, she went above and beyond for me and was very understanding and accommodating when personal circumstances got in the way.
