Worst customer service ever! Obviously staff hate being there.
Was considering using you on a regular basis but forget it now.
The owners should definitely consider who they hire before everyone avoids this place for good!

I have shopped here for years along with many other Window cleaning associates. Always had a good experience and do recommend the shop to others. Items always in stock and great prices as a member or otherwise. Not sure where the negative comments come from but certainly not my experience. Keep up the great work.

I've been a professional cleaner for over 40 years and for most of that time have come to Complete Cleaning (including previous address) for products, updates and advice. I've found the staff knowledgable and helpful at each visit, if they don't know they defer to another that does.
If you need (seemingly) cheerier staff, they may not know as much, toughen up!

Pretty bad service, the customer service is the worst. It is as if they didn’t want to sell anything.

Diversey, the agent for my Taski floor scrubber, didn't sell parts direct and recommended I purchase from the RapidClean chain with which Complete Cleaning Supplies is associated. After two days, I had not heard from the first of those members I called, the one closest to home, so I widened the search and ended up speaking to Lynne. What a revelation! Customer service above and beyond. Her great phone manner, positive, can-do approach and knowledge of the subject had the answers within an hour and resulted in a order before the end of the day. She is THE model of a customer service agent. I can't understand how some earlier reviews thought the staff were grumpy. They either haven't met Lynne or they are competitors posting fake-news comments. Hey Boss - she deserves a raise!

Is that elderly south african man still there? Im all toughened up, but at least I would rather not hear a mouthful of abusive speech from someone who clearly hates his job, while I fork out money to your company, and just for a little respect (not the red carpet)

Very knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Bought a semi-commercial cleaning machine recently and had a great experience (price slightly cheaper than on Ebay), salespeople took the time to recommend a machine and spent a lot of time talking me through setup after purchase. I have purchased basic cleaning supplies for my business from them previously too.

I have been coming to this store for about 10 years,
I find the staff lazy and grumpy.
Also which amazes me is there is no pricing on products, regarding window cleaning tools,
You then spend 10 minutes waiting whilst staff search up the code on the computer.
Only good thing was the discount we received on being a member.
I now travel further to Annandale cleaning warehouse which is great.
I really don’t know how u guys are still in business.
