Complete Chiropractic Care

I've been seeing Dr. Ahmad for years and I go to him for everything, including medical, nutritional and emotional well-being advice. Dr. Ahmad is a one-of-a -kind, old school type of doc. ("They don't make them like that anymore! ") Despite being a scholar, he can speak in layman's terms and treats just about anyone - image that. His examinations are thorough, concise, practical, and solution-oriented so you always walk away with a feeling of control over your health. I cannot recommend him enough so I tell everyone about him! I wish there were duplicates of him because I travel often but in the rare I occasions, I am desperate for treatment, he will tend to me virtually. (Yes, you heard that right!) He's simply THE BEST. **Also, the facility/equipment is top of the line and he's got a standout team who loyally support him. It is the busiest clinic I've ever seen, packed with children, the elderly, and everything in between! **

I am so thankful to the Complete Chiropractic Care Team at Merrylands. I remember when I first started treatment I was so scared and in pain, I think I cried in my first appointment! >. <. Dr Ahmad Moubayed was so kind, and guided me through the whole process and educated me about what to do and how to better take care of myself to prevent my issues from returning. Through treatment I was able to improve my pain, flexibility and movement in my back, shoulders and arms without my body seizing up. The experience was quite remarkable for me. My grandmother who is in her 70's was attending some appointments became keen to give treatment a try. Dr Moe El Morabi was so impressive with her. He catered to her ability and her nature. If your reading these reviews, trust me make an appointment you will regret that you didn't make one sooner.

We were referred to Dr Ahmed by a friend to help with our unsettled newborn baby. From our first visit, he was very comforting and professional, as were the rest of the staff at the clinic. We saw results after a few sessions thanks to Dr Ahmed. Cynthia at the reception desk is so lovely and knew all the names of every client who came in. She would always help entertain my 3 year old whilst my daughter was with Dr Ahmed. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have been seeing Lauren for a few years now and I couldn’t be happier that I’ve found this clinic. She is attentive and always gives me the time I need, never rushing me out. I don’t know about the other chiropractors there but Lauren is definitely someone who cares about the wellness of her patients, going above and beyond to ensure I’m never feeling unsupported in my Chiro journey.

I was referred to this clinic by a friend for my son. He was only 4 weeks old at the time. Dr Ahmad assessed my little one and let us know the process for the next coming weeks. He helped me understand more about how chiropractors work and more importantly helped my son get through in the areas he needed. We also had Dr Lauren a few times to do a few treatments on our little one and she done a wonderful job too. The clinic is very respectful, friendly and very welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic and will definitely return in the future if need be.

Nice and knowledgeable staff members, it seems that they know very well what they are doing. Only bitter taste I got was that I went there for a theoretical $45 offer to get diagnosed with Rx but ended up expending $135 for my diagnosis without previous warning so that didn't feel very good. Wish they had been clear with the real costs upfront.

To start off with, this clinic does things 'differently' to other clinics, or at least that's what my allocated doctor told me. What they fail to tell you is that, they will be dragging out your visits, instead of having 1 or 2 visits. They convince you that they are bettering your health for the long run and will try to schedule absurd number of appointments for the smallest issue. They will do the least amount of work each session, which will waste your time and money.

For my second appointment I arrived a few minutes before my schedule, yet I was left waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes while I noticed my doctor just idling around. After this I was lead to the room by one of the assistants working there, where I was handed an iPad to watch a YouTube video about what a chiropractor is. This was a completely waste of time as I clearly know what chiropractor is and their role hence why I am going to see him in the first place. After the 5 minute video is over, I am left waiting for a further 10 minutes. This was the biggest waste of time, effort and money. However, the matter gets worse. The Doctor then wastes more of my time informing me of the same information that I had just watched from the YouTube video. After all this, he then begins his work. His efforts did not even last 5 minutes before he claimed that our session was complete.

This place is extremely time wasting, unprofessional and money hungry. I strongly encourage anyone that wants to try this place to complete stay away from this place. If you value your time and effort, I would suggest to look elsewhere.

Absolutely love going to see Lauren for my monthly check. I feel wonderful when I leave and I know for sure going here has improved my health. Thank you Lauren for your care and often fitting me in at very short notice.

Went for my first ever chiropractor visit this morning. Mohammed at reception is very friendly and Dr Lauren was excellently knowledgeable and was able to make me feel as comfortable as possible since it was my first visit. Needless to say, I jumped at the chance to book a following appointment next week.

Absolutely disgusted with the receptionist that was working today. Her attitude towards me as a customer was so disgusting that I did not hesitate to cancel my appointment whilst in the carpark. What I couldn't believe is that I told her the reason why I parked my car in the carpark is because nothing indicated I couldn't park there. I then told her that I will move the car, only to find that she parked the car in the same location. She said that its private property and I should know this. Im sorry chiro's but I hope you know that this women is now going to cost you business because of my review. I also have all the evidence that I had booking there today at 2pm as they are on lunch break and that when they return.in the photo its the lady to the left at the front short hair.

My go to for pain management and general health. Dr Shanon and Dr Chris have changed my life for the better! Virginia and Mirella at reception are total gems and always happy to help too.

This practice is a lot different to many out there. This is not a practice that crams people in but allows time for each patient. In the 4 years I have been coming here, I have waited only once for my appointment.
The team is always welcoming and the treatment very appropriate for the issue on hand.

I have been attending Complete Chiro for the last 20 years. The team are so friendly and the service is the best, I would not trust another firm. Thanks complete chiro, would highly recommend.

Arriving there in pain and the pathway they show me was first access my medical history and a consultation possibly with x rays (what is perfect) returning another day to start the treatment. If you need a relief, please go somewhere else.
