Just wanted to let you guys know how happy we are with our blinds and the overall service experience.

Bronwyn was very professional and thoughtful in her consultation with us, and gave us insightful and detailed advice with regards to choice of roller blinds and sheer curtains, which fabrics to choose to make the most of the natural light, and use of automation for the rollers.

Pedro, our blinds installer, was also great. He arrived on time and finished the job efficiently.

It took 4 weeks after the order date. They are very professional and friendly. Dean, who came on the first day to show samples, gave us good ideas and helped us picked the right blinds for our home. After 4 weeks when the order arrived, their office called up and arranged for installation. Everything was smooth and handled very well.

Gary was very professional installing the blinds. He was punctual and fitted the blinds with no problems! Would definitely recommend ‘Complete Blinds’ to anyone!

We had been looking around for shutters/blind solutions for quite some time and it is a very confusing industry until we found Dean @ Complete blinds. Communication throughout the whole process has been great. The quality of the shutters speak for themselves and you really get what you are promised. The installation was very professional and I have never come across tradies that actually use a dustpan to catch the dirt whilst drilling holes to avoid debris going onto the floor/carpet or packing up rubbish on the go not leaving one incy bit behind. We used Complete Blinds in Bella Vista for our dream home. We installed all motorised curtains and roller blinds. Bronwyn was fabulous to deal with. She put up with us constantly changing and chopping our minds and provided the quotes instantaneously. She helped us with the fabric and colour selection - she was brilliant. She was always contactable, has a wealth of knowledge and really knows her stuff! She really help guide us during the whole process.
We signed of on the qoute early December and had it installed on time before Xmas. We were skeptical as we didn’t think they would be able to pull it off during the peak rush but they did! The installers (Jonathan and his team) were amazing! We had 6m high curtains with curtain bulkheads (tight squeeze) - a very difficult install and they done a great job. They were very pleasant to deal - always had a smile on their face with a can do attitude.
They were also very competitively priced! We got a number of quotes and found that complete blinds offered the best price and service.

Need solutions and consultant who can think outside of the square, that’s Bronwyn who’s extremely experienced, capable and super-confident, truly a blinds guru. She applies the mechanism of 2 single brackets to make it a “slimline double-roller bracket” for my narrow recess area of only 9cm, and also retaining my existing sunscreen. Due to the strong morning sunheat, Bronwyn escalated my case to an express job. In just a week’s time, Rob came to re-install my existing sunscreen and add in a new sunblock skilfully, precisely and swiftly wearing his dark sunglasses. I’m very grateful to Bronwyn’s adamant assurance and advice, and Rob’s help doing such a wonderful great job, as I’ve searched and sought help from various blinds shops for nearly 2 years without success. Super happy with my double blinds now. Huge Thanks!

What an absolute pleasure to deal with complete blinds. I was unsure of what I was after but nothing was too hard for Dean who done the Intial quote. The roller blinds we ordered arrived very quickly and the office girls were very flexible and helpful to fit in with my busy schedule. I had Pedro Install blinds, he was very professional, contacting me on his way and was happy to wait 10 mins for me to arrive. Pedro had a lot of passion and energy completing the job very efficently with such attention to detail with installation. I would highly recommend complete blinds to anyone looking for any style of blinds or shutters, nothing is too hard for them.

Overall we are happy with the end result, but had a few hiccups on the way which were rectified.
For the initial consultation we had Dean come out to give suggestions. The great thing about Dean was that he was able to recommend styles and do the factory measurements at the same time (so no need to get someone out again to measure up). More importantly he didn't pressure us to up-sell and was happy to tell us "you don't need that" or "you don't need to change that".
Pedro the installer was great. One-man show and he got the job done quickly and professionally.
The only problem we had was that the manufacturer had sent an incorrect item and this took weeks to rectify.
In the end up I received an apology call from the manager at Complete Blinds and so it demonstrated they cared about the customer experience.

I'm in Sydney, wanted Almond cream Venetian blinds for my sunny kitchen. I was delighted firstly by the lovely lady that answered the phone. I felt confident to book in a measure and quote. Dean visited and was very helpful. He gave me a good quote, I chose a beautiful Almond cream called "crispLinen" being a perfect match for the cream appliances etc.
The Norman blinds were a 6 week wait, which were happily delivered and installed within 5 weeks by the very nimble perfectionist, Pablo.
The effect is beautiful! I'm so happy.its been in use about 8 weeks now and the whole family are delighted especially now that it's getting hot'n sunny in the mornings.
So happy I went ahead with the quote.it all came down to the lovely conference that the lady on the phone showed.
I happily recommend to my friends.

We initially found it so difficult comparing blinds when they’re all made so very differently and have many variations in prices. Our salesman Terry was on time for our appointment and knew his product very well and was able to ease our minds that we were making the right choice for our needs. Our blinds arrived and were installed within the timeframe estimated and we were beyond happy with the results. Our Complete Blinds Norman Woodbury shutters have added street appeal, interior design appeal, sound proofing and great insulation in our western facing windows. We’re very happy with our decision!
