First time ever getting pest treatment. It was very easy to book in. The representative Nick was very polite and respectful. He listened to the issues we were having. Explained to us what he was going to do and where he was going to start. He was even mindful of our cats, as they were outside and wasn't sure if they were under the house, he suggested that he does a spray instead of dusting. Great service and will recommend to our friends and family.

I had a great experience with Competitive Pest Services. The serviceman was friendly and gave me a call when he was on his way which was much appreciated. He was respectful of the house and I could see he cared as he told me I should cover the aquarium and gave me tips to ensure the application would work properly. I was super impressed with the service. Email confirmation of booking received. The gentleman that came called the afternoon before to confirm the time he would attend and was right on time. Fantastic! Honestly, I couldn’t recommend Competitive Pest Services more highly. From the booking, to the confirmation, to the on-site visit and service. I’ve used them three times over the last few years at different properties. Always professional, friendly, and they get the job done extremely well. German cockroaches have been my issue and they’ve knocked them dead, super fast, with ease every single time.

The whole process from the initial enquiry to the work being completed was a smooth and seamless process. We had Adam from CPS in Adelaide come through for a General Spray. Adam went above and beyond. He was punctual, polite and took the time to do a thorough job. He noticed that we had a couple of wasp nests hidden, and even got rid of those for us.

Super happy with the service and we will be happy to recommend CPS to friends and family going forward.

Would not use this company and definitely not recommend. Their product did not work and they didn't refund the cost after two sprays as their guarantee says they do. They're rubbish. Find another company whose product works the first time

I booked Competitive Pest Services, received an email confirmation at the time of booking and then was stood up on the day. I tried calling and messaging via their online chat to no avail. I ended up wasting my entire morning in the hopes they were simply running late. I had re-arranged my whole day to fit them in. Do not book Competitive Pest Services unless you want to be left disappointed.

Dave was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He asked a range of questions to understand our spaces and was very informative about how the pest treatment works and what to do following the treatment for best results. We have used CPS regularly over the last 5 years and Dave has been the best specialist we have had.

ROYCE was an absolute STAR in ridding me of a chronic termite infestation. His professionalism, helpful explanations and sound advice made all the difference. This is the good guy you'd hope would turn up (and always on time too!). The Best.

This is the second time I have used CPS and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are always professional, friendly and helpful. They always explain things in detail and their customer service is exceptional.

Have been using CPS for many years now. They do a great job. Dave was very helpful. He gave me good tips on how to maintain control over pests like cockroaches and brown ants coming into the house. Also the person who took the booking was very friendly and I was pleased about the inside house only price. Highly recommend CPS.

Zac from CPS came to do our termite inspection and cockroach spray and was really professional and helpful. He was very thorough but also really proactive in his suggestions of how to fix issues before they become too problematic. Highly recommend CPS, always happy with the service.
