We have been attending this clinic for the past 7 weeks and at the beginning they were nothing short of amazing until yesterday we were met with one nurse named Ursula who ruined our experience as she thinks she knows it all and needed to have an input with everything.
We were happily taking advice from the other nurses previously with no issue so I believe we clearly were not the problem. She kept arguing with what we had to say and used her manager as a shield when asked what her name was. Unfortunately the manager Erin did not resolve the issue and make the patient feel heard and we were told to come once more and we will ‘discharge’ you.despite what the specialist has said and the wound still being open. I myself work in the department of health and know this is not how to accept being treated and will be taking this matter further.

I had to pick up some supplies today but unfortunately it was not ready. I was in a rush to get to work but the receptionist Kristine was kind enough to offer to get the supplies to me and drop it off at my workplace. It was a great help, such a kind person

Disgraceful service. Please avoid using this service. Nurse Sharyn obviously thinks she can make better decisions than the surgeon but then neglects to tell the patient what she thinks is best.

Very disappointing both the receptionist and manager needs more training on how to service clients. I called on behalf of my parent who has been referred there by the hospital. The manager Ann left a voicemail to return her call on a number that does not even ring. Long story short, she only apologised but refused to fix the problem by closing my parent's file and telling me to go get another referral from a gp knowing fully well that it is going to be a long wait trying to get an appointment. She wouldn't listen but continuously cutting me off on the phone.

It's easy to get angry when you're ill, the hospital has given you a referral for homecare and you don't get the action and priority you believe you're entitled to.

Today we were visited by Tran and he was professional, informative, practical and educated us on what we had to do maximise the use of the system.

Thank you Tran. We're grateful to have a better understanding of how to look after our injury but also to get best service and access to SSW health services.

Absolutely terrible, complete misinformation, negligence, deception and deliberate obstruction of emergency care resulting in death.

Horrible.bring your newborn for a lactation consultant, have 2 different people openly coughing, wait time exceeded our appointed time and also making as much noise as possible (delivery driver) dropping stuff all over the floor. A lot of the staff also smokes go figure.
