Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Darrin from community first stood out as the best Sydney has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings.

We spoke with Darrin and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that we are currently in difficult and changing times in the world and it would be tough to sell. Darrin made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.

When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition.
I've recommended Darrin Smith and the Community First real estate team to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

Despite having to sell our property during the COVID-19 phase, Darrin secured a great offer for us within 10 days of launch. He is very experienced and professional, but also friendly and a great communicator. Darrin had attracted a lot of buyers right from the start and he kept us updated all the way.

Pathetic Service! As an owner of multiple properties I was looking for a rental in the same area as my own property - as I required a bigger property than my own. Having seen a property advertised, I rang this mob and inquired about the property only to have my details taken and advised that I will be contacted with the date and time of the viewing. I was never rung back, only to find the property was subsequently rented out without having any opportunity to apply.
I emailed Darren the manager - though still no reply after almost two weeks.

If these guys are so arrogant that they are unable to look after the renters in a reasonable and fair manner - whom are the bread and butter of property investors - then there is no way I will be giving them my property to sell or rent in the future.

Pathetic job Darren - there's a reason why the public have such a low opinion of Real Estate agents - and you're actions or lack of just prove the point.
