It was such a pleasure working with Karen Williams, such a great customer experience with Karen going the extra mile to help me to feel supported and providing more than just a transactional response to my request.

We had an excellent experience securing finance for our car with Renee! From our initial phone enquiry through to signing the paperwork was so much easier than we anticipated, and Renee was so courteous and patient throughout.

We never felt like we were being a problem even though we had to provide a bit of extra information because of slightly complex work circumstances.

It was fantastic for us. I have no problems telling you to just call and ask for Renee. After that, it's easy. She'll set you up with a link to follow online to put your basic details in, and she was happy to sit in a 3-way call with us as we went down a list of everything we needed income-and-expenses wise and ticked off as we attached it to our emails and then sent them in.

Just remember it's a mutual bank, so you'll need to become a shareholder for the °•princely sum•° of two dollars if you're not already a member.

Thanks again to Renee for all your help, we really appreciate you going the extra mile for us and customer experiences like these are the reason I've remained a member of Community First since it merged with my little credit union back in 2016.

At Community First you get personal service, they remember your name rather than you being just a number. Renee was a great person to talk to, deal with and trust. I would recommend Renee and CF to anyone.

As a long term customer of Community First Credit Union / Bank I recently had over a number of occasions sought the assistance of the Edgeworth Branch.
All the Staff in this branch, and in particular Renee Cummins are extremely friendly, Helpful, and customer focused. Renee went well over and above her role requirements and was able to resolve all my difficult questions which resulted in excellent outcomes for my Wife and I regarding our accounts.i would rate Renee 100 out of 10 and speaking from our experience suggest Renee is a credit to Community First and a valuable asset who represents her employer and customers in a cheerful and positive manner.

We first were introduced to Community First Credit Union nearly a year ago when we purchased our TINDO Solar panels made here in Australia. The salesperson at that time presented our initial contact to finance with a credit union focused on new green energy purchases. Our experience with SARAH.initially was so comfortable and non confrontational that we always noted we would use this finance service again.
We then decided to purchase a HYBRID vehicle which had taken almost a year to arrive in Australia. Once notified our vehicle was several weeks from landing, we immediately made application to COMMUNITY FIRST CREDIT UNION. To our utter amazement the process yet again was unbelievably prompt, professional and extremely supportive from our support team member RENEE. Our experiences stand as testament to the entire Australian community of families seeking honest and very reasonable costs and charges together with the wonderful interest rates this credit union offers. Our experience with Narelle at Edgeworth was amazing. Narelle is a very professional, caring and most of all approachable person. We applied for a personal loan for our dream caravan and couldn't have asked for a better service from Narelle. Narelle also saved us alot of money on our house& contents insurance as well as both cars. Everything ran very smoothly and Narelle definately met our needs. I guess there's a reason we have been with Community First for over 20yrs and will definately be with them for another 20+ years. I highly recommend Narelle and would like to thank her for everything she did for us.

For a small credit card account, there was a lot of paperwork required but I was well assisted through the process by CF officer Melinda Aylett. My first contact with Community First through Mel and her 'can do' attitude was excellent.

Narelle was fantastic to deal with! Was always easy to get on the phone or would return your call straight away, unlike the other big banks. She made the whole process of refinancing so simple and easy for us, make sure you ask for her when looking at home loan options!

Karen Williams has been amazing through the whole exoerience with our Green Loan. Always getting back to me promptl and her customer service is outstanding. There is nothing worse than trying to contact a bank and it take 30 min or more to actually talk to a person. This is not the case with Karen Williams she has been amazing to the point we will be looking at transferring our home loan to Community First next year. Regards Karen Jacques
