Commonwealth Bank World Square Branch

I have been a CommBank customer for 10 years. Today I encountered the worst service. One of staff yelling and acting rudely towards customers.

Atm took a weeks pay at 4am.
Can’t get through to bank via direct branch line or commonwealths help line. At this point the atm has stolen $840 and the bank has not even picked up my call. Disgusting

Most of the atms are faulty and don’t work. It’s usually a hit and miss. May be you get lucky!

Very bad service, we come at 4 and that guy talking alot inside. He came to me they gonna close, come on its 4.13.very bad experience

People who work here are clueless… as soon as I come out the bank I get a fake combank text

Very helpful and easy process. Friendly service. My 2 friends just arrived to Australia and needed a bank account. Normally you have to have a phone number to process it. But Elina and Amanda made it so easy for us. Thank you so much. All 3 of us are appreciated your help. Keep it up!

They saw me even though they were about to close. The teller, and other staff member (manager?) were incredibly attentive & went out of their way to make things as easy as possible for me. I can't recall having a better experience.

The change machine at the Liverpool st branch was broken and I was directed here. Change machine also needed refilling. Took half me half an hour for a simple errand. Staff were lovely. My ire is toward whatever “efficiency expert” that decided that bank tellers can no longer easily swap notes for coin change. I just find this kind of corporate bureaucracy infuriating.

Never come back again. Manager and staff unprofessional, asked too many personal questions. Really disappointed with their service.

Went to swap a $10 note into $2 coins so I can do laundry and was told not possible because they only had two $2 coins left in the whole entire bank? ! Since they only had two out of the five $2 coins I needed I will be fair and give this place 2 star rating.

Helpless. I went there 2 times and the customer service staff are terrible. They did not even tried to help me. My account is not linked with my phone number. Someone has paid me via phone number, of course the money gone to someone else's account. But they said my account was linked to my phone already. So where is the money? They should notice this. I call the bank but this time they said my phone number isn't linked to my bank account but the phone number has already registered. It's clearly not my fault at all. They should responsible for this. I wanted to talk to the right person but I got no chance because of the customer service staff they thought they know everything. Terrible terrible

Great service by the home lender Chen. Very friendly and polite. It was a delight to talk to him and get the home loan sorted. Highly recommended.

The best commonwealth bank in Sydney, I had really bad experiences with other branches and this one really impressed me, Alex T helped me to open my account in just few minutes and showed me everything I had to know about the app. Great place.

I never had good experience whenever I visit a commonwealth bank branch but this branch particularly surprised me! The staffs on 18/12/18 are all super friendly especially the guy at the teller. Thanks guys!

Cash and coins deposit machine always broken. Ask them if I can deposit through the teller. They refuse and send me to another branch. The change machine always broken and run out of changes as well.

I was served with Tuyen today at world square branch commonwealth and I was impressed with her commitment and customer service. Tuyen you are amazing keep up the great work

Best branch I’ve ever seen. Staff is very kind, especially a girl called Tuyen helped to me and my friends lots of times as soon as we get a issue.
