Excellent service and she was willing to help out.
Poor management skills. My elderly parents visited the branch today for a swallowed bank card. They waited there for quite a while and observed the unprofessional process. It only took a few minutes to solve the issue at hand, but the bank officer continuously served the others behind them, which made them really unhappy. We will be avoiding this office in the future.
Tracey Abbott the manager is Fantastic!
I have dealt with her several times. Very professional with a sense of humour.
Today I had a nearly impossible request forced upon me by an unrealistic vendor who owed me a large refund. Tracey handled this problem with a smile, even though she was under pressure from other staff members and customers.
I recommend Commonwealth bank St Ives very highly!

I opened a bank account.
I was worried about opening my account here because of some bad comments.
However, Their staff, Ms Wai Lee was quite friendly and helpful.
Not only her but also other staffs were really welcoming!
After waiting over 30 minutes to be seen the manager decided she would not Bank a cheque as she could not understand the handwriting. The cheque is perfectly fine and was accepted by another cba branch. Will not come to this branch again!
Whilst there another customer had issues with them also. Steer clear of this branch!
I go to this branch 2-3 times a week to deposit money since I work around the corner. Upwards of 50% of the time I am unable to deposit cash since the machine is not allowing cash deposits at the time or the one atm capable of cash deposits isn’t working entirely

Everything was very smooth and professional.
The service has improved significantly from six moths ago. The branch manager Tracey Abbott was very friendly and doing an excellent job in servicing the customers. Her client service and product knowledge were exceeding our expectations.
We have our needs completed quickly and efficiently.

The short hair employee at the front office was extremely rude! I have been a customer with Commonwealth bank for more 10 years but St Ives branch provides very bad customer service. We were not allowed to transfer money between accounts as we need help from staff for this, but she was unwilling to provide help and rudely told us to do by ourselves.
Hopeless. Just Hopeless. All staff on phone calls asking others how to do their job cause they don't know themselves. Wasn't able to bank today due to this. Will use other branches in future

Whoever i spoke to was extremely rude from the onset. I have been banking with commonwealth for 2 years but at a different branch but was treated like utter scum when i came to the st ives branch.
I am a uni student and i asked very politely if i could have some assistence to do with a couple assignments to do with finance and loans and was rudely told no and "good luck" and to "go to ANZ" in an extremely condesending manner.
Cancelling my commonwealth account ASAP. Will never bank with them again.
Very disappointed with the CBA St Ives branch. The Manager was very unhelpful, can’t be bothered attitude. I went to the Hornsby branch and the Manager there was so very helpful and even rang me the following day to check if everything was okay.
I needed to speak to someone in relation to my tax / business banking and overseas travel.
I spoke with the Relieving Officer, Rebarte Burns. She was extremely helpful, polite and attentive. I never once felt like she was in a rush to finish up with me and move to the next customer, even when the branch was busy when I arrived.
I wanted to leave a positive review, as I know how much a simple compliment can make someone's day.
