10I was sent to the branch to sign a document for my mortgage as I don’t have a printer and a scanner at home. I’ve used that branch for this particular service more than once I’ve never had any problem. Today the Asian gentleman that helped me print the document changed his mind and stopped helping me half way and told me that he was given instructions by his manager to not scan my document back to their own staff? Horrible customer experience, I felt like a beggar.
Worst! Waited 30 min to hear that they can’t change my money for coins.if I need to change cash for coins I need to be the customer of commbank and have my id with me. Why you don’t have anyone who meet people and tell them this? What a joke
I’ve lived in the area for about 3 years and, like most apartment dwellers in the area, I use a coin-operated shared laundry. For 3 years have come to Commbank for coins, no problem - they have now changed protocol so I can’t get any coins because I don’t have an active Commbank account. There is no other bank in the area that can provide coins, and all of the grocery stores in the suburb (Coles, Woolies etc) have a $5 coin withdrawal limit. So now, I’m royally F’d when it comes to doing laundry.
Not sure how this improves security for customers - The staff could not be more apathetic when I told them my situation.

I went there this morning to withdraw some cash. I did not have any identifications on me. Luckily I remembered all my details. I also asked to please help me to set up a pin number for my commonwealth App on my new phone. They said they couldn't help me with my request simply because I do not have all my identifications on me? Yet I just withdrew money. But with all your explanations due to high security you still cannot help me to set up a miserable pin number. Guess what? I went to another brunch and they did it. You are USELESS. & will no longer use your services. Posts ponts team #failure
Unprofessional service, opened an account but the agent didn’t order physical card for me yet promised for the card would arrive in 7-10 business days. Thus I’ve to wait almost a month for nothing, and I checked back with the branch but they didn’t even noticed that. Shame on them. Don’t even wanna leave a review for one star but just so everyone knows, don’t go to this branch.

Thanks to the rockstar who picked up the phone this arvo and was super helpful. I called like 10 branches before and he was super courteous and lovely to talk to.
Being in customer service must be hard at the moment, but Wenjing was bright and friendly even still. She was incredibly helpful and efficient, and has completed shifted my perspective on Commbank as a whole. A+.
Very helpful staff the commanweath bank makes billions so they do need to hire more employees as i dont like the queue
