Great service quality & efficiency, possibly the best service you could get amongst all Sydney CBA branches.
I had a few queries lined up, and Mia was so patient and understanding with me.
She addressed all my queries and concerns, helped me figure out what's best for me by being honest when I was weighing up my options, and made it super easy for me to understand every step of the process.
A lot of my anxieties were eased and I was never rushed to make my decisions.
Being assisted by Mia and this Commbank branch is easily one of the best, stress-free banking experiences I've had, and I highly recommend their services for anyone and everyone!

He said I seat and wait. Then wait for 1 hour. None come to me. Other people come and go quickly but not me.
Bad service
I went into the branch recently trying to cancel some insurance products after spending hours on the phone on hold to CBA. Amy at the North Sydney branch was quick to assess my situation and do whatever she could to help me speak to the right people and file the right requests to sort out my problems. Amy was warm, friendly and and is an absolute credit to her profession. Excellent customer service!
Clean and welcoming and thankfully with no pesky concierge interrogating you about what you need to do there the minute you enter. Obviously, any help you might need from their competent staff, they'll be happy to help.
Been going to this branch for years. New staff Sigi is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to her we are now sorted with our home loans before interest rates went crazy.
This applies generally to all CBA, not just this branch. Loyal customer for 25 years, treated like a stranger. When CEOs yearly bonuses are the biggest concern over customer service. Take your money away from the big 4. As promised, one star. Just to let other customers know too.
Time to wake up to yourselves, and start taking customers reviews seriously. If I had time, I would have report you to the banking ombudsman. No time for these. Unlike you though, I care about people, and I would like to let them know, to stay AWAY from you. Happy yearly bonuses sunshines.
In a word: unprofessional. This branch is home to the banking version of the Mickey Mouse Club.
CBA's services are the worst I've ever received. It takes at lease 25 minutes to wait for a service person to answer every time. APP always have different errors.
Disappointing. We were in line and told to sit down on the couch and someone would come help us. Two people were served before us, that came in afterwards and we waited for 20 mins.
Staff to co-ordinate and manage customers better.
CommBank is the most useless institution under the sun. Extremely inconsistent service across branches. Nothing is ever done in one trip to the branch. Luckily Commbank does not really care about their customers so it ain't matter.
Amazing customer service provided by Antony (and the team). It is relatively quiet during the day so you can pretty much get things done fast but regardless of that, you'll be treated with respect and care when you have any questions with banking and others. Thank you for your service!
