Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from the CBA Eastwood branch manager Satya Kodali last week. I had visited the branch to withdraw cash in the amount of $30,000 to purchase a Rolex watch for my father's birthday gift. I had made a booking in advance for this purpose.

Upon arriving at the branch and discussing my request with the staff, the branch manager interrupted and refused to provide me with the cash withdrawal, despite having made a booking. Her demeanor was unhelpful and dismissive, and she offered various excuses for not being able to fulfill my request. As a result of her inaction, I lost the opportunity to purchase the gift for my father.

I am deeply disappointed with the branch manager's behavior, which showed a complete lack of empathy and obligation to assist clients. It is unacceptable that someone in her position would use her authority to deny a legitimate request without any justification.

I urge the management of the CBA to take appropriate action to ensure that this kind of behavior is not repeated in the future. I also request that the management take appropriate steps to rectify the situation.

Very unorganised on a not so busy day, each staff has different approach to an issue (which is unpleasant to see) the short hair 45-55 yr old chinese lady with glasses had delivered poor customer service not to only me but to other clients (2 of them)

Waste of time going here. Went to inquiry about getting a home loan. Was rushed through the process then told a home loan specialist will contact me. I gave all my details and phone number.
No contact made and no phone call to follow up the previous conversation. So unprofessional and absolute carelessness. Banks seriously do not care about their customers. It's all about money, profit and turnover.

Don’t trust everything they say on their website. I went to the branch for foreign exchange. It took me more than 20 minutes to reach the teller and been told that I need to see a specialist instead. This should be picked up when I was lining up but the staff decided to skip me and talk to people behind me. Anyways finally reached the “specialist” and been told that they didn’t have British ponds, only Euros. Their website clearly says Eastwood CBA provides foreign exchange service, including British ponds.

Excellent customer service. Satya and her team have always been great help and they go out of their way to provide support. The branch is small and gets chaotic at times with the volume of customers. I will always choose the Eastwood branch for all my face to face banking needs, despite the chaos.

Unprofessional female manager " rolled her eyes at me " because i said 2 times same thing to clarify to make everything clear? How can she be a " manager " when she has no respect or professional friendlyness towards " valued customers? " Conclusion: discusting behavior insulting to customers to " put me down " by " rolling her eyes at me? " (this is not what a bank should be told her im putting my comments on this website also on product review i " said you dont play games with me " she replied " thats your opinion? " (told her to lift her game!)

Absolute rubbish customer service. The staff do not know what they are doing and are unable to sort out simple issues. Extremely unprofessional

Natalie and another lady (I unfortunately forgot to ask her name) are very helpful and friendly.

I was there on Tuesday to sort out my credit card issue. The customer service is outstanding and I haven’t experienced in commbank for awhile. I will highly recommend this branch. Thank you Satya and Lee.

Jack Zhang is really helpful. I spoke to him a few times over the years as I saved up money for a deposit. Even though I was speaking with a bank, he understood that different banks offered something different for different people with different situations. He wasn't overly pushy with selling just CBA products. He also called me after normal work hours which I really appreciated.

In the end, I didn't go with CBA because another bank had a promotion that was suitable for me, but I recommend speaking with Mr Zhang.

First contact 2016. Latest contact period late 2020 to early 2021.

I went for withdrawal at the cba eastwood this morning at 10.58. There is 3 counters open altogether. I'm not sure for what reasons that the first teller close to the entrance left a huge bunch of money on the cashier and I can see her drawer open widely. This is really not safe and careless behaviour. Bank are the place should be trust somehow. This is one of the failure that CBA has performed.

Pretty positive experiences. Staffs are very professional and warm hearted. This branch even provides Mandrian service which makes the life easier for some senior Chinese migrants.

A branch and Bank that condones and harbors accounts for Bitcoin PONZI trading scams. They should be investigated further that just the Royal Commision. Proof is easy when you have the account holders name and branch they use. This is it, CBA Eastwood.
