15Unfortunately I dread every interaction with the bank, all I want to do is withdraw cash beyond the daily atm limit once a month.every month there's no staff and huge lines, trying to workaround the withdrawal limits and use the atms also doesn't work as they are always down today they worked but the atm ate my card. Honestly the most painful experience if you need to walk into a branch allow thirty minutes plus every single time.sadly customer service is dead and profts reign king

Their telling machines are down. These things happen.
A sign finally went up at 9: 35.7 people in queue waiting for services unrelated to the teller machines.
There is one single person serving. She sounds good and knowledgeable but she did not acknowledge anyone in the queue. She is the only person serving customers.
Where is the staff?
How come the website does not mention anything about the technical challenges. I would have avoided coming in.
Today i visited cba crows nest and was directed very pleasantly and efficiently to a really lovely lady called Isabelle who was the nicest most helpful young lady ive had the pleasure of dealing with for a very long time. I only came to request a bank statement but before i knew it she had ordered a replacement card for my old slightly damaged card and best of all checked out my net bank saver a/c and told me of the option of a higher interest rate which i happily accepted! - i had a very pleasant experience today!

Have had several really good recent experiences with a difficult situation, whereby the staff were knowledgeable and helpful and the manager Craig went above and beyond with following up the outcome to ensure I was looked after.
