Worst customer service ever. I was left on hold two times, Two ladies talked with me. After I explained my issue to them, they again put me on hold without saying anything.
Wasted my one hour.

I have been a happy customer of this bank for 30 years.
I went into your Chatswood Branch today to assist my son opening up his own access account with debit card.
We were so blessed to be assisted by Freya a customer service specialist, she was so obliging, very friendly and and extremely helpful, Freya explained everything in such a sweet calm way and just made it so easy for my son to understand.
Freya made our visit today extremely welcoming and stress free. I recommend her highly!

I didn’t want to write this review, but I’ve had enough of the appalling service from Kylie every time I go to the bank she finds a new way to show me attitude, and I’m not here for it. She insists that I open each confidential bank slip I give to her and then ends up dropping coins and telling me I’m short, I wonder why? She completely ignores me and when she does say something it’s always in an accusing tone or annoyed. I’ve seen the way she talks to elderly and she is quite nice to them, but whenever she comes across someone younger like my self she is sassy, rude and condescending. Everyone else is so incredibly nice and helpful it’s just her. For my work I have to go to the bank to deposit slips, however I dread going if Kylie is serving me. I would rather wait an extra 20minutes for someone else than to be served by someone as rude as Kylie.

I would like to make a complaint about the rudeness of Lena in first teller from the Commonwealth Bank Chatswood Chase store at 3: 15pm 10/11/22. She was extremely rude. I did not spend more than 5 minutes with her and she said “can you hurry up because there is a queue” when I was looking for my details on my mobile but the internet was slow. We have waited a long time already in the queue too so this was very unnecessary and did not deserve this treatment. Regardless of lateness, it is highly unacceptable for her to show attitude and rushing me. She continued to be defensive on her remarks by saying “I’m sorry that you feel this way” and making people feel dumb or crazy. I have worked in the bank before and understand that there are targets to meet. I was a commonwealth staff dealing with clients for over 30 years and Lena has definitely given terrible customer service and highly was unprofessional. I really believe that she needs better training with customer service.

Go in for $5 notes to be exchanged and they have none. Super unhelpful staff, useless bank overall.

To have only 2 teller counters open in a busy morning is not a smart choice. Meantime, you can see other staff walking around seems have nothing important to do. Not happy.

The service is really poor- made the customer waited for an hour and later tell them to ring the call Center instead. Poor management
