4I visited Comm bank Balmain today to seek financial advice, and was BLOWN AWAY by Siavash’s ability to help, support and advise in a friendly, professional and relatable manner.
Deena / Dina helped me out today with a bank cheque for my car purchase today. She was lovely, diligent and definitely made the whole process smooth and delightful.
We had an excellent experience with Siavash at the branch, when we came in to open a personal and business account plus a few extras. We thought we'd be there for hours but Siavash knew all the steps (despite us having a niche requirement) and also set our expectations about how long everything would take. He was very pragmatic, knowledgeable and made the process super easy. THANK YOU.

One of the worst customer services branches I have ever attended since I started being a cba customer 20 years ago
After 20 years Gary Gilbert the rudest and inexperienced branch manager i have ever seen in 20 years
This Gary doesn’t know how to help or assist in helping even as a matter of fact he wasted my time and lost me money
He called the police on me for no particular reason just because I was angry from his rudeness and humiliation
