The staff are lovely but the branch is extremely short staffed. I waited 30 mins to speak to someone. In that time two people were served and nobody had the time to acknowledge me. There were another five people in front of me and only one member of staff so I had to walk out rather than wait over a hour. This happens time and time again.

Fantastic service at this branch. Helped us set bank accounts us straight away when we arrived from the UK. The staff are amazing and so friendly.

I came in to check the progress my debit master card. I was serve by the branch manager Erminda. Thank you for organising the card for me. Thank you for your exceptional service. Keep up the good work.

Smallest Branch, understaffed and with waiting times of 30 min +, next door is ANZ triple the size of the branch really good service; don’t bother with Commombank

Worst banking experience to be had at comm bank Neutral Bay- extremely unhelpful manager! I was the third in line that walked out without obtaining any help whatsoever. Some of us oldies just want a little assistance after struggling to use online banking!

Went in at 3: 15 to do some banking and was informed that “they’d had enough appointments for today” and that we would need to make an appointment for another day. Didn’t realise Australia’s largest bank that makes billions per qt was by appt only and only if they hadn’t “had enough” already for the day. Person on staff was extremely rude and turned two other people away who simply wished to make a deposit because the machine was down. So apparently they cannot even take cash at the teller. Why have a branch of you cannot do simple banking Tasks? Just ridiculous.

The WORST and LEAST PROFESSIONAL bank I’ve ever encountered. This place is a bad joke. Don’t bank at this branch - or with CBA in general - if you want to be treated with respect.

I honestly have had nothing but positive experiences here. Sometimes they were not able to help at the time but they were able to redirect me or to help me get my documents sorted and eventually resolve my issues. Especially Naina and Tom. Super helpful. Lovely having them be part of the community here.

Amazing service as per usual - I can't recommend this branch enough, especially when in need of admin support. Staff are consistently genuine & helpful.

Worst branch ever. Did not expect to be kind but staff was so nasty. Shame that we have this branch here in Neutral Bay.

Staff were "too busy" to pick up the phone during the day (3 calls trying to reach them to make an appointment) and then didn't have sufficient time to perform a transaction when at the branch.

The staff are helpful and attentive but they have been given a complete dud of branch set up. It shouldn’t take 30 minutes to withdraw cash (3rd in line) because a branch in the middle of a busy hub like neutral bay only has 1 person and 1 machine that can manage cash withdrawals not possible by an ATM.
Seriously they make toooooo much profit to force customers into situations that any other service business would die if treated customers that way. And it’s not staff. They also shouldn’t Be in that situation

Great set up by Commbank with 24hoir operational ATMs with deposit functionality. 5 brand new ATMs and when the branch is open, the staff are absolutely great! Have had a positive experience every time, staff have been really polite and attentive every time. Have gone above and beyond every time to answer all my questions.

I'm really disappointed that Commbank was the biggest funder of fossil fuels in Australia in 2016. If they really care about our future (as much as their advertisements suggest) they wouldn't have invested billions of dollars in projects that are ruining the planet for future generations: (
