Effie was a big help to me today, even if the branch was very busy, she was patient with my complex problem and took her time to solve it. I highly appreciate it. On numerous other occasions Linda and Natalie were also a big help always. Cheers to these three ladies for their professionalism and second to none service.

I just returned from this branch after the lunch hour peak time, where the staff there were doing a great job managing large volumes of people in line.

Very pleased with the customer service I received from Effie and Natalie. My requests were quite demanding and time consuming at this busy time. They both still smiled and politely assisted my needs without getting frustrated.

It seems there is nobody to pick up a phone neither answer and simple email. Fell like going to change bank.

Last year the Commonwealth Bank branch Drummoyne got moved from a convenient corner location to its current spot on Victoria road. This location has got to be the most inconvenient Bank location in Australia. It squashed between Harris Farm shops and some other shop. You can't park out the front, you can't park out the back, you can't park down the side. I don't feel safe going there at night by myself. Please put an auto machine somewhere in a more convenient location where you can park nearby.

Couldn’t possibly be any worst. Every time you make an appointment they don’t bother to show up (three times!) and it takes them months of going back and forth for the simplest of tasks which they end up completely ruining anyway. Absolute worst.

If I could give less than 1 star. I'm not sure what has happened to the Commonwealth Bank over the years and how it has ended up like this. Friendliness is one thing but it doesn't negate incompetency! The customer certainly doesn't come first with CommBank and this branch!

If you have time on your hands then visit this branch. 'Island time' is a good description. For your reference "I won't be long" means about 30mins

Been trying too call through for the last half hour, during trading hours and no one is available too answer the phone.

Rude, condescending, unhelpful staff. I expect more from my local branch considering I have been with Comm Bank for over 10 years. Very unhappy!

I once tried to cash a novelty cheque here wearing a pith helmet. They were good sports but wouldn't accept it.
