Their professionalism and patience truly made my day. It's interactions like these that give me an even more positive impression of CBA. They've certainly cemented CBA as my top choice for banking. Worst deposit machine and poor customer service.
This branches deposit machine is completely a joke. And seems the staffs there seem lack of enthusiasm. Last friday I went to the branch to deposit coins.in the middle of the process the machine got stuck with my coin inside the machine. They could not fix it. I have wasted more than 30 mins there to get it fixed. Then they have toled that they need to contact technician and IT team to fix it. They kept my details and told me that they will deposit teh stuck coin to my accoun when the machine will be fixed. Till Monday afternoon nobody bothered to contact me. When I went to the branch again the lady in charge of deposit machine gave me some very silly expalantion. She said they thought as today morning they did not see any coin in the machine and technician fixed teh machine so the coin should have been deposited to my account! I never expected such silly comment from a banker! YOu had all my details and you could have checked. After confronting she was giving different types of explanation. THis is really pathetic and not expected from CBA.
I am really angry and frustrated.though teh amount may be small, but bank cant deny their responsibility.
Why do you need a physical id when there's your license and every single detail that's exactly the same on your phone? Police use it why not the banks! Stupid. Plus they are making the bank much smaller. No wonder I'm leaving them. CBA (can't be as**ed
Worst CBA branch, indoor always have long queues, always long waiting service time per customer, if you want to deposit using outside ATM machine, it always count wrong, there is experience short $200, and today my wife's deposit being short count by $300.will tell family members to avoid this branch at all cost.

Forced to go here due to West Ryde branch closing down. There are only 2 tellers, long wait in queue. Will be changing banks as Cth Bsnk do not care about their customers.
Content with the service received. The man whom if I'm not mistaken was the manager, was friendly and efficient. There was a queue but didn't have to wait long. Be aware it is not a very big branch so they don't offer certain services.
They really need two Tellers when they open first thing. Especially if the banks are closing over the Christmas or New Years period. Friendly staff members, it's just very slow to be seen.

Coin counter sucks, really slow and rejected a lot of the older coins. I don't recommend visiting if you have more then 50 coins. Probably best if you go up to the teller and ask them to count them for you.
Great customer service by Lalitha. Though it was bit crowded on a friday afternoon, this branch is quiet organized and they promptly provide service.

They're great at dealing with all the standard items promptly.
Any time you request help with an issue on your account that is beyond their knowledge, rather than seek advice, they blame it all on you and say that it can't be fixed - that it is what it is.
And yet the Sydney branch resolves the issue immediately.perhaps some additional training will help your staff handle more complex matters.
Rude, the teller behind the counter has no sense of customer service at all, i think he was newly employed as we just started seeing him the past 2-3months, does not groomed properly and rude
I have been a customer at CommBank for about 2 years and overall I am pretty happy. However when I found out that you were investing $3.9 billion in fossil fuels last year - the biggest funders in Australia, it put a slight deterrent on the whole company. I'm ashamed to be a customer at CommBank when you are funding coal mines and ultimately playing a huge part in destroying our world. We cannot keep funding non-renewable energy. We need to change now before it's too late. Invest in renewables instead and show that you do actually care about your customers. By investing in polluting coal projects you are making a huge statement that you do not care about your customers or future customers because you are contributing to the destruction of our homes.
Absolutely horrible. Ordered a debit master card.very urgent. Received yet could not activate. Called to find out the card number on the card is totally different to the number in their system. And now I have to waste more time to wait for another card to arrive. How can they even get the number on the bank card wrong? I’m very disappointed with commonwealth bank.
