24Commonwealth bank Chinatown Sydney branch is one of the best. The staff are professional and attentive also very helpful to their customers, Specially Natalie siow was very good to me. I have been commonwealth bank customer for over 30 years. I am very happy with them all.
The coin’s deposit atm machine was suck…. In the apps showing that available with every 5 minutes update…. Every single time went there always unavailable.
The people were so kind here. Especially the receptionist around the entrance and Natalie who helped me today was so kind and warm, i really appreciate their kindness!
Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Natalie from this branch. She was excellent! Made me feel welcome, answered all my questions, and while I had several things to sort out, at no time did I feel rushed. She has great knowledge and the experience could not have been better.
My account was locked due to suspicious activity while I was travelling abroad. Locking the account for this reason is fair enough, but I have literally spent HOURS and many attempts over several days trying to call the service support line to get my account unlocked. I have managed to speak to someone twice, only to be told to call at a different time or to call again using the number I had just called.
To lock an account and then provide no mechanism to get it unlocked is infuriating! Thank goodness I have an account with another bank otherwise I’d be stranded with no money too!
A certain Angel from the call center hanged up on my face without fixing my issue. This bank needs to sweep dirt otherwise you are going down sooner.
Why have 2x names on an account so either one can ring up, but no not that easy apparently. I get the scams about but that 30mins of my life gone. F u Comm bank
They take credit by saying all they call centers are in Australia but they also say the minimum phone wait time they say is 35 mins.it is as absolutely applying service. I would have rather gone on-line or to a branch by apparently my issue can only be fixed over the phone. It shows how low quality CBA is becoming.
Don’t trust this bank,
Our credit card was scammed for 2000 dollars. They not only say it was our fault, they even say we gave them authorisation for transactions to be made. They usually send us messages, app confirmation no for transactions of 150 dollars to get through and this hacker made it to 1700 transaction and no message was ver sent to us to confirm it.
Instead of looking after your money and go and find the scammers they will easily blame it on you for no reason than a made up on by them

Don’t bother calling you’ll be on hold for the rest of your life, deadset the hardest thing to set up nothing works and commbank is just a waste of Time don’t bother
The call waiting period was 5 hours (4: 30 pm to 9: 30 pm) today and last week 6 hours (2 pm to 8 pm) and similar past week.
Customer Service is terrible in this bank as I had an awful experience disputing the money I paid with my business Credit Card for the order from China.
It's just impossible to contact them over the phone and they also fail to respond to emails in general. Every time I had to go to the branch to find out the progress of the dispute. The case was under the "investigation" for nearly 3 months and the Bank refused to refund my money regardless of all proof of faulty products provided. The same case was opened with another bank (it was the split payment for the same order) and I was refunded within two weeks. I am extremely disappointed they handled the issue and the bank showed zero loyalty and respect to their customer. By the end of this year, I will definitely cease all my business and personal accounts with Commonwealth bank.
I have never had a bad experience with commbank, there service is fast and friendly. Couldn’t recommend it more
Recently had to wait 1 & 1/2 hours to get through to Customer Service. The Commonwealth Bank are no longer providing a service.
I reported a fraud of $38,300 in October- it is now December and my commbank has been blocked with $50 to its name since then. I have received little support from commbank with inconsistent information about how to assist this fraud. I am distressed and very disappointed.
Have now spent 3 hours waiting on the phone from New Zealand to just set up a BPay payment. This is pathetic customer service.
Arrogant service, very disrespectful, a male staff wear gucci glasses so awful! Either looking up at you or constantly interrupting you. I am here to ask for help, I have passport and evidence to prove my identity, you are not the police and have no right to treat me like a prisoner.

Switch to a different bank. Commbank have compromised access to my money twice in the same year.
This branch’s customer service is great. I went in with a problem that was not caused by them, but they took on the responsibilities and helped me to resolve the issue then and there. Highly recommend
Disappointed. Write a cheque from here is like begging someone for something. A gentleman introduced me to another young lady whose name is Yuna or something while I am looking for the payee detail. After I grab my detail she was asking for my identity and refused to work on it unless you bring me the original physical one right now. I told her I need it urgently but she cannot do anything except saying”I was told to do like this, it is regulation. ” It is like she does not have any sense of working in a bank, helping your client. I was wondering why don’t you tell me earlier and why do u waste my time? And so what are the other solutions? She cannot help on anything. Useless. I spoke to CBA via phone them my problem solved. Why a problem can be solved via phone but cannot solve by a real person working in the bank standing in front of you? Work negatively is so bad!
I gave two starts because the another guys are helpful and patient. But the young lady deserves zero.
