27I went in to this bank as I was confused on sending money internationally, Only for them to send it to the wrong account number. The teller was rushing through the process and didn’t take the time required to check the details, because of this I am in a foreign country with no money. Thanks commonwealth for causing me unnecessary stress. I will never use this branch again. This is purely the staff at fault and I’m in disbelief how the woman serving ending up in her position.
Chaotic!
I’ve been charged for printings even though they told me that would have been free for me considering the case.
Went there a week after and they didn’t remove it laying to me again.
Ni service, not enough people, not quality people that care for customer service.
I’m done with them
Very very slow and in-efficient. I will be taking my business elsewhere.there call center is worst long waiting and in end no response
Tried to open an account here and eventually managed, was *stressful* for various reasons through no fault of the bank but would like to give a shout out to Elina Amatya who was so lovely and kept me in good spirits throughout! She even had to stay a little after the bank had closed to sort it out so I really appreciated that. All the other staff were so friendly too.

Had to update my licence and the customer service manager said "how long you got", to which I responded "10 minutes" he replied "no chance, try 1.5 hours". For a 10 second issue? !
I explained I had just been to the Town Hall CBA and they saw me in 30 seconds. He couldn't have cared less and fobbed me off.
Ended up going back to Town Hall CBA and got served in 30 seconds.
Ace was so helpful in answering my question and processing my request. I am so satisfied with the service. Thank you Ace.
Friendly staff, decent queue at noon, teller was efficient handling my cash deposit. Am unhappy though when she kept ALL my elastic bands. Now have to buy some more: (
Haughty, cold and impersonal service. Their ATM short changed me $200, and all the branch staff did was fob me off.
Wasted 20 minutes waiting at this branch when I was told 10, eventually had to leave due to another appointment. Seriously poor concierge (why bother) and totally understaffed.
Worst customer service I have experienced, I have been with Common bank for more than 10 years feel sad the bank Im with have service like this. A very rude staff Neville definitely try to avoid him.

Went in to see a consultant and the lady at the door told me I was next in line. When he was done 30 mins later she sent him to another customer. When I asked how much longer I need to wait she seemed surprised that I had not spoken to him and said she told me to speak to him. I do not think it is appropriate for me to interrupt while he's busy with another customer and it was her job to ensure he saw customers in the correct order. She did not even acknowledge her mistake or apologise. Waste of time, they need to have more competent, customer focused staff.
Worst branch, been there a couple of times, be prepared to waste an hour of your time. Doesn't let you book appointments in the branch which makes no sense.really frustrating.
I would gave them Zero star if I could! Helpless commbank brunch ever! Have been waiting to be serviced for more than half an hour. Every staff tried to act busy and ignore customers unless anyone who wanna do insurance with them.

Disgusting customer service. I've been a client of CBA for 25 years and got treated disgustingly. Would steer clear of this branch.

Another branch, same 10 minute window, yet another bad experience. Told I'd have to wait 25mins to activate my new card. I don't want to speak to a speacialist, I don't want to be sold anything new - just activating my card isn't part of your standard service model clearly.
Worst customer service. The tellers sent me outside to a hole in the wall to get a large cheque drawn. Screaming the amount I need to a hole in the wall with a microphone and speaker that hardly worked was not a good experience.
