WAIT TIME IS RIDICULOUS.
COMMBANK CAN PROFIT $1Billion A MONTH BUT CANT EMPLOY ENOUGH STAFF TO SERVICE THE CUSTOMERS.
ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT GOING CASHLESS SOCIETY IS THE SATISFACTION THE LET DOWN CUSTOMERS FEEL KNOWING THE INCOMPETENT STAFF DONT HAVE A JOB ANY LONGER.
Worst customer service
One person in teller. 15 people waiting and staff just walking around. Worst bank no customer service.
Not a great experience. Waited 95 minutes on the phone to be told I had to go to a branch. Went to the branch and left 50 minutes later with my issue unresolved.
I took my friends there the staff named Natalie is so nice and helpful. We love how she did on her great work. Nice to meet you.
They broke there own rules and guidelines as well they can't be bothered to take a phone call rang 4 times over 2 weeks due to the fact they cancelled one of my accounts without authorisation god knows what other rules they have broken maybe given out details who knows. Also would make a great news story that they do that to a person who was born here.
I went there today and had a great experience. I did not have to wait at all. I was taken care of by a Sue who really went out of her way to help me with my bank account.

This is the worst bank in Australia. Their application is always broken, I deposited money from my account but it was not deposited, I called Bang, I was on the line for an hour and twenty minutes, then their employee picked up the phone and hung up while I was talking. I close my account in this bank. Do not open an account in this bank at all, nonsense service, and insult to the customer
I was served by Suri the other day, she was very friendly and helpful. CBA should be proud that they have staff like you.
Never had any issue here and waiting times are not too bad for a bank of this size friendly helpful staff and plenty of ATMS
We're arrived in Sydney from Italy on 16 February 2022 and thanks to this bank we've been able to do everything in a day. We've been helped by Sunny, a very professional, nice and funny operator; and by another guy which I don't remember the name but very nice as well. Horrible customer service and will never use this bank again. They don't deserve even one star.
Fortunately, this bank still has good service employees, and her name is Candy. However, this bank shows us how arrogant and rude is a staff call Leon’ service: disgusting level service, with both hands in his pockets, saying that He is busy, and a perfunctory attitude that He feels like don’t want to stay for one second, even if it’s just a simple question.
Poor service. The staffs don't have service mine. They don't deserve to get even one star. If have 0 star I will give them.
The manager at Commonwealth Bank Diana Bakara is extremely rude and unprofessional.
Witnessed a customer who was unwell being asked to leave and her security guard and assistant manager were telling and abusing the customer who left and she cancelled the ambulance for customer.
The staff who are primarily Asian are lovely and she speaks to them in a derogatory manner. What I have witnessed was akin to a Godfather movie and not a professional workplace.
