Helen Li was awful and not helping at all, raised voices to customers, this is how CBA's attitude towards a long time customer; how rude was this I couldn't believe it; also the front desk male staff was rude and keeping talking on the phone, they not even care about their clients. I am switching my bank for sure.

The atm machine showed an error and returned my card. Later, I noticed the 120$ taken from my account. No one is giving an answer and asking me to wait for the end of the pending day, which might be in 10 days. I'm sick now and need to get my medicine not after 10 days. How is it possible in this country. There is something wrong with this branch. Why is commbank not doing anything? How they ignore these many negative about this branch, it's machines and employees. What a shame.

Came to ask a question regarding a large sum transaction and instead of simply explaining why they can’t do it or giving me alternatives, lady at the front started raising her voice at me in front of other customers when I asked if there’s any other way to what I need and explained my situation. Honestly it was embarrassing, felt like I was a criminal instead of a customer.

Your staff needs retraining on basic customer service and how to speak to people.

I’m surprised by all the negative reviews because I had a great experience here! The staff was very helpful in helping me open up a bank account and it was done so quickly as well! Everyone was so friendly and the vibes and energy definitely made me feel very comfortable there. Shoutout to Kevin, who was the one who assisted me!

If I could give no stars I would
Worse branch ever
Coin machine majority of the time is out of service and when it is I have waited 15 to 25minutes to get served.
I need change twice a week and am quite time poor…. To come there and machine not working most of the time is quite disappointing.
This needs to be sorted.

I loathe the staff here since they have shown they loathe me.
How dare I interrupt the conversation between the VC lady & caucasian, both being employees.
I'm thinking that they must detest their employer. Maybe even the government as a whole entity.
They sure show absolute hatred for the customers in a passive aggressive way.
I feel like I got reamed dry.

Don’t come to this Branch and expect to get service because you won’t get any so no disappointment right.
Why are other branches are closing and keeping this one open?
Coin machine not working again! Why do you provide a service that is continuously not operational!
When you enter this branch as a customer you immediately get the feeling you are a problem and that is the vibe that is outwardly projected from the ground staff!

All the rooms and no staff. Absolute joke.

Literally just came here to show ID to finish opening an account yet made to wait due to lack of staff. Not even a teller can verify ID apparently

Not sure why I will continue to bank here

Build a new branch, have 10 service rooms and only have 1 reception guy and 1 consultant on active duty. Branch management non-existent. Should be ashamed of yourselfs.

Staff are inefficient and unprofessional, instead of optimising business outcomes they make them harder and produce headaches for company owners. I needed to make a simple withdrawal, the same withdrawal I’ve made thousands of times at any other branch. After 50 minutes waiting in line for the teller to have a laugh with another client, I was advised to transfer monies from one of my accounts to another. I followed the instructions and the end result was my monies were frozen for 24hrs. Staff took no accountability for the mistake made and instead of owning the problem and apologising, they came up with some ridiculous story explaining how bank accounts work. Condescending at the least when you consider that I’ve been transacting with CBA for over 25 years and I’ve got 7 accounts with them. I’ve had to arrange an extension on my credit line with my suppliers to cover for their mistake. DO NOT BOTHER with CBA Rhodes for business transactions, they have no idea of what they’re doing.

Honestly, what happened to the old crew at this branch? ! Brand new branch but no customer service. This lady at the front no greeting no service just walked straight right past us, what a waste of space. Never had to stand and wait for over 30 mins at a Commonwealth branch before.

This branch is ridiculous. You speak to three different people before being told to wait when there are no other customers. Then the CSR failed to listen to my situation despite repeating myself many times. Instead of asking questions to confirm/investigate she went straight to accusing me of what I did wrong, when in fact it was their error.

Worst experience with a commonwealth Bank.
I know there is always a long wait time and poor customer service before I walked in today, but I don’t have a choice because I live in this area and have kids with me today. Otherwise will definitely go to another branch.
I thought they could be slightly better than before after the relocation but it end up with even worse.
If there is a top 1 from the bottom, CommBank Rhodes will be No. 1 for sure

Very bad service, they don’t tell you they can’t do their job and keep you on the waiting list for more then half hour! Waste of time!

They are not ready to serve their customers. I am not even Chinese but they speak Chinese to me. They seem like only their time and job is important. Customers time and loss are not important for them.

Very inefficient team, came for the same credit card issue for three times and they just made it even worse.
