Come 2 mins late but got refused to help unblock a card. And need to wait to monday
Coming back again today at 3.30Pm then waited for another 20 mins and then Janeeil chit chating for a long time before serving and serve me half way. And siad its too late. And need to comeback again. Seriously not helpful at all
So sad and so hopeless when I walked out. Why having a bank, if when you ask something, the only thing that you hear is “we cant help you with that”. Will try my luck next time with someone else in other branch …. Because so far i have been always happy with Common.
Come in and share all your private information with a random person on the phone even tho they have staff. The connection keeps interrupting so feel secure about the privacy and security of your information.
The stuff here is helpless. The commonwealth bank Online Q&A says I should go to visit a branch for this kind of problem. But when I visit the branch here the staff didn’t offer any helpful advice and tell me there’s no need to go to a branch. Very confusing.

Very poor customer service, provided incorrect and false updates, did not action request on time and refused to acknowledge the ownership of a task that was completed at the branch.
I don’t understand these opening hours. Have they been chosen to ensure nobody who has a 9-5 job can attend? Even if you leave work early? What a success. You could also close the bank all the time so no one can ever attend. Or perhaps transition services which require in-person attendance to online? Just some helpful suggestions.
Commonwealth Bank is a good bank, but Bronson from CBA Town Hall is horrendous. Horrible customer service. His smile was just so obviously fake.
Actually had a very streamline experience here last week, I came in looking to send some money to family and although met with some interesting questions I completed to process and left quite promptly. I would though suggest to question people less on their purchases with their OWN money.
Poor customer service, does not communicate properly on time, never solves a problem of the client.

Years ago in this branch I was verbally abused by an Indian lady working at the customer care. I still remember it as one of the worst customer experience ever. I guess that at that time I wasn't fully aware of what a customer care should be in Australia, so I didn't ask to talk with the director. Today I would.
I was bullied by one staff who has beard on his face. When I asked a question, he just impatiently interrupted me and said “ Did I mention that? ” and he said “maybe because my English is poor”. See? He is very smart but in an evil way. If I admitted, he will say I am not good at English or I am a racist. Good God! I just hope one day he will be fired, yep, in an evil way.
A highly professional, polite and methodical approach. The staff will greet you with welcoming smile, helps with the queries and let you know the process. Excellent ambience, interiors and decor. Very easy to notice from the normal traffic. Usually busy but the turn around time is pretty good.
Sometimes with your bank you just want to go in and out with no fluff. Thanks for the efficient transaction.
Very good experience with this branch. They got my ATM and I told them about my visit after a month. On that particular day, my account manager was already expecting my visit and gave my ATM card and also helped me in activating online banking within 15 minutes. Everything went smoothly.
