I recently engaged the Commercial Collective team, Craig Watson, in particular, to negotiate the sale of our warehouse, which had been unlet for some time mainly on account of the Covid lockdowns. Craig, through his hard work and persistence, achieved a great price for us and we were very happy. He was also very professional in dealing with my solicitor for the sale. Your Agency has had the job of finding a tenant for my commercial premises at Firebrick Drive, Thornton, since about September 2020 and it is still vacant. This is naturally disappointing. I was encouraged to spend money on internet advertising in March 2021, which yielded nothing. But what was also disappointing, when I left a phone message and sent an email to your Craig Watson to simply get an update, I had no reply for several days. I eventually got to speak to him when I phoned again 5 or so days later. He was hardly apologetic for his not getting back to me, and seemed very nonchalant about it. I still don't know where any progress has been made with the current prospect.
