Please run away from this business rather pay more for better customer service

Very unprofessional. Their poor management has lead to damage to our building and costly repairs, ongoing stress. I really do not recommend.

Ming the owner; Roger the nephew; Lyn; Kevin Ta; are all unprofessional. They do not provide a good strata service, they pretend to be cheap but overcharge with scheduled D payments they do not respond to phone calls or emails, contact has to be made ten times or more to get a response or even come close to resolving urgent issues. They are changing their name from COMBINED STRATA to WINN PTY LTD dont be fooled by them.

If I could give zero than it would be even too much.only money minded. U’ll know more at the end of the lease

Not sure why the bad reviews, probably misunderstandings, or humans just being Human! I am rating Combined Real Estate (Auburn) 5 Stars! My experience with Peggy and Kim was courteous, professional, and communicative, and far better service than the 10 other Agents we dealt with (One Agent I was so disappointed with, I wrote a negative review for lack of service and communication) This is one of the best Agents if you are in the rental market. Really bad strata management, that's if you can even call this management from this useless excuse of a company. They never return calls. I can't even get them to send a quarterly levy notice. Strata Manager just doesn't care. Does absolutely nothing. He keeps saying he's too busy. I really fear for the future of our building.

Very rude and also deduct bond for damage that was there before we moved and asked them to fix but didn’t came and later deduct the bond saying we did that

I send them multiple emails regarding the end of lease. Where they told me there were few curtains missing, and i explained to them that everything was as povided to me and in order with the photos given to me. Yet they decided to deduct my bond without even consulting me and for something that was never damaged. They ignore all email communication and phone calls and dont provide response to tenant.

Horrible customer service, i mean horrible, these guys are on a mission to make your life miserable

Combined Strata/Centenary Park Management deserve a negative rating. Poor service. Careless and unwilling to do their job properly. Various defects and issues raised but never respond and find excuses.

Strongly recommend to avoid altogether

I have been living in strata plans and have worked in the building management industry for over 10 years.

Combined Strata is by far the worst strata management company i have had the displeasure to come across in 10 years. If I could give them a minus score, they would get a -5 star rating.

They are cheap, nasty and will undercut All other strata companies to get your business. In doing so, they trap a lot of naive Strata Plans for at least 1 year. As they do not have the time to patiently and appropriately deal with their clients, to seem proactive, they send work orders left, right and center. In the case of our strata plan, a particular work order was issued which was contrary to the instruction of the strata committee. We found out, questioned the work order and asked for a halt in the works by written communication to Kevin Ta which is the strata manager working for combined strata. Our written communication was ignored. We came home recently one day after work to find out the works had been completed. In the process, our property was damaged and the entire strata plan has suffered devaluation in price.

It totally seems as though combined strata has put the interests of the contractor doing the works before the interests of the Owners in the Strata plan.

I strongly ask All strata plans considering Combined Strata to think more than twice before employing this disgraceful company.ps. I just found out that "Combined Strata" have changed their name to: "Centenary Park Management". If you do not know the main reason why people change business names in Australia: It is because they do shonky business.

If I could rate it in zero star I would. This agency is full of lies and tend to dump all the responsibilities to an owner. Do not count on them acting on the interest of an owner. They just want you to repair/replace everything without any proper process. Can't deliver what's specified in the contract e.g. Regular inspections etc. Full of excuses and lies.

After what has been in the news about Mehajer, Le Lan and the Auburn Council, I would not recommend this agency in a hundred years!

Le Lam you should be ashamed of yourself. Bringing down the face of chinese in Auburn, you really disgust the Chinese community. Shame on your family & corrupt associates.
