Very friendly and helpful! Old spa was removed, new spa delivered with difficult access and everything went smoothly. Lid was fitted with a very thorough handover explaining all chemicals required and functions.

Charged my elderly mother in law $66 for 3 bags of salt. Blatantly ripped her off. Have the receipt to prove it. Shame on you guys.

Great Service ordered and delivered within a week, friendly service, gave all the right advice about building the decking to support it and spent 3 hours on the delivery day to help and teach me the ongoing maintenance steps.

I spent a lot of time deciding which company to go with for our new spa and I decided upon Combined Pools and Spas. We live off grid, at 1200m elevation so I had several specific questions and needs. Their service and support was far and away the best. I dealt with Mike right from the start and his knowledge and work ethic are amazing. The beauty of this company is that they transport, install and assist you in every way. Mike was not only the sales rep, but he came down for the complete installation as well. They assist you in any questions you may have and offer the complete service. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Service and product knowledge is excellent. I originally ordered the Spa in January, it was ready around March but I wasn’t ready to receive the spa due to building works. Subsequently they held the spa in storage for me until July at no extra cost. Delivery and installation was very smooth. Cannot recommend them enough.

Not being a local i drove from Chester Hill off a recommendation from my brother to see Mike. After a couple visits i can now say Mike and his infinite wisdom of pools is the very best, he diagnosed my pool troubles with a few simple questions and was very helpful. His prices are reasonable and most importantly the advice was that of a caring friend with my pools best interest at heart. With a huge selection of pool equipment and chemicals im sure he would be able to help whomever walks through his doors with the same finesse and quality given to me. Its a rare commodity these days to have such a genuine knowledgeable team with a friendly local atmosphere.

I highly recommend Combined Pools & Spas if you want great service! Mike & his team were so helpful and my expectations were exceeded. They seamlessly delivered our spa (which involved removing part of a fence), filled it and walked me through the maintenance and care process. This is my first ever spa purchase, so I had a million questions which were all answered happily by Zelko. Overall, it was a really pleasant and stress-free experience. The communication prior to receiving the spa was also clear and timely. Thanks team!

Customer service is amazing everytime you go in to the store you are always greeted by a helpful face. Bought a spa this time last year even to the day Micheal still says hi and knows who I am when I walk in. Go no where else may not be the cheapest but definetly the most experienced and you cant buy knowledge

We brought our spa from Michael back in January. Michael and Zelko have been extremely helpful from day one. We bought a Byron Bay spa from Mike at Revesby Combined Pools and Spas. Extremely happy with the installation and service. Plenty of great simple advice to run our spa. Very informative, knowledgeable and no hard sell. I can highly recommend them.
