It is a shame to disagree with the majority of these reviews. Nothing but dishonesty, deceit and games. Blaming clients for their mistakes. My project has now me more than expected and gone longer than expected because of the management of this store. Save yourself the trouble, go elsewhere.

The design of the shop is on point.
It was a pleasant surprise to see such a well designed and maintained shop in the area.
The sample material solutions were also very helpful.
I recommend visiting this shop if you are looking to upgrade the finishes of the interior of your house.

A desperate search for the right size tile that we liked was resolved by our meeting with Kylie, who took so much time to help and advise with an excellent choice! If the store has a guest/a customer book we would write that Jamie deserves promotion. Seriously! It’s our second time meeting him and any praise wouldn’t be good enough. He is the legend. My wife used to do some mystery shopping and she knows about the standards and how customer service needs to be done. The service provided by Jamie is above it. Jamie spent much time demonstrating us all the possible options, did his best to find a stone sample of our bench top and even a floor board (similar to ours) to complete the look. He is a very knowledgeable, professional, enthusiastic and a pleasant guy. Also the price is fair. Don’t repeat our mistake by going to the stores around. Don’t waste your time and money, go directly to Color Tile and ask for Jamie. We are very happy and we’ll be back for a second bathroom renovation

Kylie and Jamie provide unparalleled service with a deep knowledge of their products. They are our “go to” provider for tiles. Their prices are excellent.

Unfortunately we decided not to go with ColorTile because we couldn't find a specific pattern but it's really the best tile store we visited. Jamie is a very knowledgeable consultant, happy to help. The price range is reasonable, and the tile assortment is wide. Highly recommended. We will use ColorTile for future projects.
