Tiles are beautiful however, mistakes made on receipt of payment for cash (no receipt, then made receipt as eftops - third time a treat and this was fixed). I made it very clear for delivery that the pallet of tiles were to be delivered to our home we are renovating and they needed to be in the garage. Called and checked and was told based on googlemap of the house no issues. Delivery cancelled on the Thursday due to 'truck breaking down' (afternoon). Next day, told delivery between 3: 00-3: 30, no one showed up. 3: 45 called again, it is on its way. Called 4: 30 - the truck has four deliveries. I took time off work and stood in an empty house for hours waiting for a delivery then for the driver to leave the pallet in our driveway and we had to manually move everything into the garage ourselves - for the bargain price of $150 for less than 5km delivery. Disgusting service.
A wonderful store with very helpful staff. Great advice from knowledgeable staff who take the time to listen and help. Georgia is a star and will look after your needs. A large selection of tiles in a very spacious showroom. Always happy to share sample tiles or catalogues when trying deciding on a specific tile.
The shop has a really good collection of tiles, we were helped by Carol who was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Visiting this store today was really disappointing. We live up north and are more than happy to pay delivery from Sydney to get the right tiles but the young lady who served us kept telling us she didn’t want us to fall in love with tiles we may not be able to get in a store closer to home. I was really shocked.
Also even before she knew we lived out of town and asked about samples she made out we couldn’t get any until next year just before our renovation (in Feb). I left feeling that this was not a place I would ever want to buy tiles from, it was like we were an inconvenience.

I needed the tiles for February not two years time and I am not building off the plan I am renovating. It is not I who is confused but you.
