Staff member - Precious, was my saving grace to our first bathroom reno, patiently supporting my partner and I through what to me was a VERY stressful decision, while we chopped and changed our mind every visit to what colour tile we wanted. Precious even took the initiative to keep looking for our perfect tile whilst we weren’t in store – AND SHE FOUND THEM!

The service from ColourTiles was so incredible we also ordered our vanity from here and will be doing our living room flooring through them.

The displays in this store are fantastic, nothing is ever too much hassle, communication is on point and there is a great variety of tiles and prices so you can find the right fit for your project.

I have been in this store 4x for a variety of tiling needs and every interaction with the staff have been above all expectations.
The manager was easy going and spoke highly of the competency of his staff, and Claudia (who I purchased with) remembered my name and tile order 2 months later when returning to get grout.
Thank you to all for taking the care to understand how important customer service still is and will take you in this world.

Ms Precious has been a delight to deal with! In actual fact the whole team has been outstanding in finding the right tiles to make our kitchen look stunning! Over charged, didn't deliver when promised, then delivered to wrong address, with opened damaged boxes.

Shocking service. 3 people working and not a single one of them approached us. Need to work on customer service. All made eye contact but not one of them greeted us. Absolutely appalled!

Very helpful and informative. The team at ColorTile actually help you with choosing a tile that will both look great and function well in your space. Easy to get sample tiles and they have great displays of tessellated tile patterns. We were looking at very expensive tiles but ended up with a great looking alternative that is easy to lay and maintain.

Very unreliable when it comes to placing orders & calling you back then the manager wonders why you get a little frustrated. Unbelievable!

Asked to recieve a call for an order and never received the call, went it and asked about it and was told that I would recieve the call a bit later in the afternoon and still didn't recieve the call. Why bother with this place. Ended up going to Beaumont tiles and getting excellent service straight away

Stay away from this tile shop. I recently renovated my bathroom and after visiting four different tile shops in Coffs this one was the worst experience of them all. Staff were rude and pretentious and the manager arrogant
