The staff at ColorTile were exceptional, Leili guided us expertly through the selection of our tiles and bathroom fixtures making it so much less traumatic. The range of tiles and displays really helped us work out what was right for us. It is the only place we got to for tiles, very happy with them.

I ordered loads of different tiles and the staff were unfailingly helpful. However one team member stands out - Bea. I called 3 years after my order to get some replacements and she remembered both my name and the tile! Top customer service!

You don't need a separate designer with the help and support you get here. They are also great on dealing with getting all of those last minute things you need from their suppliers. Color Tile showroom offers a beautiful range of Interior & Exterior tiles. The products are well priced and astecically pleasing, and as an Interior Designer that is so important. I have worked with many different tile companies in the past and find Color Tile to be one of the best!

Having renovated two bathrooms in the last year, it's been a pleasure to deal with them. I dealt with Maria and found her product knowledge and practical advice on design and colour very helpful. Terrible! They almost got our order wrong both the type of tiles and the mitre of the coping. Correct measurements were given to the shop but they incorrectly calculated the lineal meters and did not order enough. Shop was asked if they had more of the same batch, we were told yes but had to cover the extra cost ourselves. Then the wrong batch of tiles was ordered by them but they did not check prior that they were right. We had to collect them and when pointed out that they don’t look right, the manager shrugged it off and said it’s probably just dust. We got them home and they were the wrong colour and size! When trying to contact them, they kept dodging our calls. We then had to keep following up with them and then even had to provide them with the solution to the problem they caused.
When picking up the correct tiles.no offer of delivery, the customer service was sarcastic and not helpful at all! All of these errors and not one apology. Over $4k spent and gutted at the service. We have 2 more large areas that require tiling and we will not be returning to them ever.

I got some fantastic porcelain floor tiles and ceramic wall tiles from Colortile Brookvale.

Diane was incredibly helpful with choosing the colours. Delivery went without a hitch, and the tiles look amazing and are great quality now they have been fitted. And all for a reasonable price.
