After much hesitation it is the best thing I've done for my body. I felt light and energized but particularly because of the fantastic care provided the CCC team. Lindy is amazing, especially her massages and her calming nature in coaching you through the experience. I had my colonic appointment with Christelle (sp?) this morning and I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that it was the best colonic I've ever had. I have been having colonics for decades and have never come across a therapist like Christelle.

I recently moved back to Sydney and it has been about three years since my last colonic. My treatment today has left me feeling fantastic!

It was a pleasant experience in a cosy environment and taken care by Anna who is very professional and knowledgeable!

I was here a few years ago, so I don't know if things have improved. But base on what I have experienced. I do not recommend it. The place felt dirty and the therapist was not at all friendly, and she actually caused me sharp pain at one point during the procedure. It's like she either hated her job, or that she was annoyed that I was there. She didn't care to explain to me about the process, or informed me the issues she later claimed I had. She only mentioned it when the receptionist told me I don't need to come back. And she wanted me to come back. I was never going to come back. The whole experience was traumatic, even though the receptionist was nice.

I had an appointment here last week with Anna and I booked in for her package for 6 weeks. The changes are amazing my sugar cravings have disappeared and I have lost a kg this week following the advice I was given. I also bought a product for detoxing from her which I really get results from! I highly recommend Anna and her team to get results!
