I was experiencing a noise intermittently with my 2019 honda recently so I called these guys to look at it. They were fully booked today, I told them i was a little afraid to drive the car and they were quick to squeeze me in to test drive it to see the problem. Turned out it was two very minor things that didn't need any repair right now but they would check it again next service- they didn't even charge me for the time or advice.

This responsiveness alone to me deserves the 5 star but not only that, as the gentleman took my car for a test drive to help me determine the sound, I overheard an elderly woman who brought her car in for routine service and the service gentleman quoted her 280 or so dollars (the usual price) - she said she barely drives it and it has under 5k kms so asked if they could give her a better price and they took a quick glance at it with her and did.

Yes dealership services are a bit expensive but this one seems very ethical and trustworthy definitely recommend

I was going there for my car servicing as I bought brand new car from them, I got continues bad service experiences but last time was the worst with very high cost. Learnt my lesson finally, won't go there anymore.

We really appreciate the help that we received from Judy and the team at Collins Honda. Judy was professional and knows a lot about cars. I did shop around abit and they definitely didn't give us the best price but we know we had the best DEAL. If you are looking for great customer service, smooth transaction and ability to deliver on promises, you need to go to see JUDY and her team.

On the side note, for all the HONDA new owners, please make sure you get 98 from CALTEX, SHELL or BP if you want a smooth drive.
Also, get your car the paint protection pack, you will always love staring at it!

Reasonable pricing, personal service and always willing to help. Even though it's not the flashiest dealership it's the best Honda dealership in Sydney.

We were tossing up between a number of options and had visited quite a few different dealerships. However, the professionalism, services and advice offered here were amongst the best. As a result, we were able to get the best car suited to us. Always worth a visit if you are thinking about getting a car. We recommend asking for Judy.

Disgusting service! I bought a Camry from them and all the information were misleading. My plan was ruined and it ended up taking me over 3 weeks to get the car, especially with their finance team. To people who are viewing this please be careful as for my personal experience there were many hidden costs I had to figure out myself that were not clarified properly. I wouldn't recommend this place and surely will let other people know about the service and how I was treated.
