I am travelling in Australia on business and forgot my notebook. I always buy from Collins UK and was so happy when I found Collins Debden in Australia. I called the office on Friday to check what products they had in stock and couldn't have been happier with the service. Linda was happy to suggest a product that suited my needs and lucky for me the office was close to where i am staying & it was personally dropped off at my hotel. The team went that extra mile to help me. Thank you Collins Debden.

No stars! No customer service. I ordered a calendar from this website, but after waiting a week and it not being posted, I just downloaded and printed a free one off the time and date website. I tried to call to cancel my order but the phone just rang out. I emailed them twice and very clearly stated that I wanted to cancel my order. Instead they sent me a reply saying they would look into why my order wasn't posted. I sent them another email saying just to cancel it and refund my money, they ignored this and posted the calendar that I no longer needed. I gave the calendar away because I couldn't look at it without getting angry. I will never buy anything from them again and I will tell everyone I can not to buy from Collins Debden.

I have been buying this product for years. The 2022 A5 organiser ($68) refill is cheap and nasty. I cant believe how thin the paper is. This product is rubbish & I will never purchase this brand ever again

The non availability of Week to view dated Dayplanner diary refills. I have tried many retail outlets and when I could not find I have come online. I place my order and yet I now discover it ordered "Notes" and not what I wanted. I rang the telephone number and get a pre-recorded message to say that you cannot take calls so to leave a message. I consider this appalling service and from an international company I believe that this is totally unacceptable.

Very disappointing. Order from website; wrong item sent. Contacted and they resent the item, guess what! It was the same wrong item. Emailed and phoned, with copy of original invoice with order code and sizing. Now they wont answer the phone or email. What a waste of time and money. Oh, the item has been taken of the website.
