Coles Express

It is school holidays, and no toilets available. Too bad if you need to go, too bad if you little one has been holding to go! It's just down right stupidity.
Oh, and don't ask where the nearest toilets are.we got told I don't know!

This servo was so gross! Smelled of wee and ladies toilets and men's were dirty! Someone needs to report this place as it definitely not up to hygiene standards. Would never eat there or go there. What a disgrace your management should be cancelled and this place should be closed permanently! Yuck!

$6.40 for a small energy drink and a men's toilet trough crusty with years of uncleaned piss.

I was disgusted to see plastered on the door a campaign brochure to support the Yes23 vote Yes campaign. Why should shareholders funds be used, without a vote, and at least $2m to support this or any political agenda.
I will avoid, along with my staff, Coles, Coles Express, Coles Shell and Bunnings stores.
I go to shop, buy diesel etc not to be hounded by any political desire of the company board. Shame shame shame keep your opinions to your secret ballot box don't tell your customers how they should vote. And don't say it was for information only as only ONE side is represented. NO politics in the service station or supermarket please.
I hope your sales follow Bud Light in the USA who made the same mistake and tried to tell customers how to live their life. It backfired and sales along with shareholders'funds went down down down.

Would rather drink dishwashing liquid than drink this coffee. Bought 1 x medium cappuccino and 1 x medium flat white. Supposed to be double shot but was so weak and way too hot. Once the temperature was right we both tried our coffees and honestly couldn't drink them. Unfortunately we had already left so couldn't go back to return them. Will NEVER stop here again!

No service let alone any decent food. Watched staff ignore people at the counter in the eatery

Absolutely disgusting, no stock on shelves, could smell the men’s bathroom from halfway down from the toilets just walking there. Ladies toilets, you could catch hepatitis by just looking at them. Toilet paper everywhere and the sanitary bins were overflowing. Dirty dirty dirty! Won’t be stopping there again, a porta loo on the side of the road would have been cleaner! Not Covid safe or just plan safe, health department needs a little visit!

It’s okay here but it’s busy as you would probably expect it to be as a good rest area for the long drive south.

2 pm on Sunday 15/1/23. Driving south. Stopped for lunch. Bought half a chicken. The only one left, with some very stale looking dim dims. It was about 2 days old, when I opened the pack. Disgusting as well as the mucky toilets! The outside parking area was littered with garbage! Please can’t you do better. I’m ashamed, your manager should be too

An ok place to break before Coffs Harbour.
It has:
- Fuel
- Coffee and Food shop (average)
- Coles express shop (can run out of things)
- toilets including disabled
- Parking

- Hard to spot
- exit sneaks up on you
- only convenient for southbound traffic

This place smells of urine as you walk in the door. The amenities are the worst I have seen in a very long time. Clean it please!

Have visited better drop loos in the middle of nowhere than this place. Graffiti, broken sinks and cubicles and the a general uneasy unsafe feeling about the whole place. How are Coles not aware of the poor standards of this place? !

This place needs a serious visit from the health department. Toilets an absolute disgrace, restaurant floors, tables and under counter absolutely filthy. No hand sanitiser available, not covid safe at all let, alone hygienic in any way. Will never ever stop here again.

Toilets are the worst i have seen in a service centre. Have not been cleaned for days and built up filth on floor everywhere. Coles express you should be ashamed of yourself.

The lovely ladies in the cafe were so friendly and helpful even though it was quite busy and some customers not so nice. A pleasure to stop there. Great hamburger too.

Awesome burgers at cafe. Bathrooms need to be made covid safe PLEASE. No proper hand dryers, no paper towel to make up for it and WAY too much touching objects necessary.

Good value big breakfast and friendly efficient staff in the cafe. Good selection of food/snacks in the service station as well.

Stopped here around 3.30pm, Sunday the 6th of June, went into the restaurant and the younger female bistro staff were beyond rude from start to finish! The facial expressions, the tone of voice and even a blatant eye roll when I was standing atleast 1.5metres from the counter looking at the menu and 'she was ready' to take my order, when I stated I was still looking at the menu she literally eye rolled and walked away. If i was standing at the counter at the time I could understand some frustration but I was clearly not ready to order yet and didn't feel I was inconveniencing her enough to warrant that response. My son very politely asked if they had straws, she didn't even talk just nodded her head to the side to direct him. When collecting the food we had ordered we still thanked them and were not given even a friendly smile let alone a 'you're welcome' in response. The level of rudness was beyond anyone who chooses to work in customer service. Moving on to the state of the bathrooms is down right disgusting and being so close to the servery area is spew worthy! Had I of seen this BEFORE we ordered we would have left and got a pie down the road.

I stopped at this Servo recently. (June 2021) heading South to Sydney from the Gold Coast.
Unfortunately, I found the staff to be non tentative & toilets beyond dirty. I am lost for words.
Time to clean up your act Shell/Coles. Disgusting.
