Coles Express

Wanted to purchase 2 pies because of the sign saying "2 for $5". When I went to pay, was charged original price so I showed the sign and he simply took it off in front of me and proceeded to charge me. I never post reviews, but this was a tipping point!

I think I know the criteria for becoming a staff member here:
- Having non-existent customer service
- Being able to lie about store prices
- Having 0 care for working at the store

Went today Have to spend $50 to get cash out and there will charge you $2.50 to get money out what a joke and always over priced petrol ️ not recommended!

Their staff Raja is very kind and helpful. Today I lost my mobile phone. Raja found it on their coffee counter and kept it until I came back to collect.
May peace and safety are in the life of this good person.

Worst customer service experience.
The guy was literally wearing both of his airpods and was talking to someone and didn’t reply to my greeting. Also, he was rude when i asked about the product and also didn’t ask me for the flybuys. The store manager definitely needs to address this issue.

Both headphones in workplace is definitely not safe and professional.

Absolute highway robbery. Their E10 petrol costs a staggering 167.9 per litre. Less than 5 minute drive to Caltex on Liverpool Rd who have their Premium 98 for 146.7 per litre. The fact that Shell's lowest grade petrol is more expensive than Caltex's highest grade petrol is the prime example of how inflated their prices are.

Disgusting service, counter lady always speak in native language with colleague so unprofessional and always have to wait for long time at check out. Looks like only one person always manage the whole store which is inhuman. Also I have purchased Couple of sandwiches which was expired. So always check the food expiry date before buying. If I could give no star, i would have given so. Disgusting dirty place.

The best convenience store in Strathfield. ATMS, Wide variety of stock, professional staff, plenty of fuel spots, click and collect for Coles and best of all is its convenient location. Coles express has some of the cheapest products in the convenience store industry. Take the cappucino for example. It is a whopping 80c, even cheaper than 711 $1 coffee.

Some staff I found rude as hell, staff look like indian or bangali they are rude i repeat rude rude rude.

Prices always ridiculously high. Save yourself 40c a litre and drive 2 minutes up the road. Bye Felicia

Highest fuel prices in the area. Coles tempts by offering 4c/ 8c per litre discount and recovers it by fooling the customer.

Don't buy anything food items here, All items will be 1-2 months towards expiry. I have been purchasing fuel from this store for a year and they never get food items that are not more than 3 months from expiry.

Very bad service. No thank you or smile after paying for fuel. Want to use the toliet to wash my hands after refueling diesel but the staff didn’t want to let me use it so they made the excuses of saying no public toilet even tho I’m a paying customer.

Staff on checkouts are always few and far between.
Car wash entrance is too narrow.
Having plenty petrol pumps is the only thing that makes it convenient and the
good coffee is a bonus.

Worst customer service I had every seen compare to other fuel station. The girl is very rude. Arguing infront of other customer. Never go back again

Terrible customer service! Do not come here. Went there, waited at the counter for the guy who was busy counting his cash. He then tried to charge us $4 for a drink which had a sales ticket of $1.50 - when we pointed out the mistake, he told us the ticket was for something of a different flavour. I suggested he remove the ticket as it was false advertising and he told me "maybe a customer had put it up there". Which is ridiculous because no one would have the time to RANDOMLY and move a store's label for the FUN of it. I told him to remove it and he told me he couldn't as he didn't want to make the customer behind us wait. Funny that, as he made us wait. Absolutely rude and atrocious and full of attitude!

The ugliest customer service you will ever experience in fuel station. They are mean in most real manner. Just Requested to wash hands and lady was rude as hell. You can dub me as racist but i can see australian customer service culture changing in to indian service standards.

Poor customer service since mid 2017 and after a few recent visits I observed consistently poor level of service and attitude. This place is not as good as it used to be.

No public toilet. I thought all petrol stations had to have toilets. Disappointed and very unhelpful.

I am a shift worker and come here in the middle of the night the staff here are actually very friendly and nice people but they are often under staffed and have to put up with a lot of rude crazy and downright dangerous people (believe me I have been there and seen it for myself not fun at all).
