7 Contaminated fuel 91
Just topped up my car Fri 20 October and saw that’s it’s a new fuel which just arrived. My car lost acceleration when starting and I have to go and drain my tank now and possibly replace fuel filters. Just wondering who’s going to pay for that? Never happened in my entire life! Stay away from this service station!
Also price was higher than the one displayed! False advertising!
Really bad customer service from the staff member in night time Rosina doesn’t know how to serve customers. Really worst experience ever.
She was using her phone while serving customers and talking on phone.
My go to servo. When in need of a fill up I can always rely on the local shell. I've found the fuel prices to be cheaper than all servos in the area, most of the time the staff are nice but the ones who aren't as nice I can understand why I wouldn't like to work long shifts too. Keep it up guys.
I accidentally left my phone on near counter Saturday 4th April 2020 at about 2pm
Came back 20 min later and the lovely girl at counter saved it for me
What a champ!

Tried to buy a newspaper there. There were scraps of paper all over the place, but not one paper folded in an orderly manner. Asked the attendant where the papers were, and he loudly and glibly said “sold out! ” They weren’t sold out, mister curry; it’s just that your place is mismanaged. Selling doesn’t exist; it’s either the buyer that buys, or more likely the non-buyer that doesn’t buy.
Could well be the most overpriced shell in Sydney. Always first to raise prices and last to lower them. I drive past multiple shells on a daily basis and this one always seems to have the highest price.
Called in Tuesday evening 28/2/17 paid for fuel. SURPRISE attended very polite and helpful. A refreshing change from most petrol stations (not service stations)
