Rude nepalese customer service as usual.dont ask your customers " are you going to the toilet for number 1 or 2? " the lady was cleaning the toilet at night today while this happened. If you were trying to impress that short kanchi by insulting me then next time you will hear the same type of answer on your face. You are good for security guard jobs only and say shaabji shaabji to desi boss.
Yesterday was the first time I filled up my car here and would be the last time. The sign outside the shop stated the price for V-power 189.9C/L when I stopped there. However, once I paid in the counter, the sign suddenly changed to 233.9C/L! It's ok that price changes, but need to change it before people fill up! What make it worst, it's the attitude of the staff in this shop! They were very rude when I talked to them about this matter. Never feel comfortable coming back to here even I always pass this station.

Called in the morning to ask about new car mode collection, the male staff was very nice to tell me last one left. I begged him to leave on side and I will come within an hour, he was very friendly, told me no worries it is mine, no rush.
I ran to the shop and found him, he took the collection set was inside and confirmed with me and sold to me, also gave me a bag for free to carry.
Very nice service compared with few other Coles express shop.
Some female staff are rude they scream at customers and told them off, they cant even provide a simple customer services i been living across the road for 20 years and use this servo for this long. Never feel comfortable coming back to here.
40c fuel price hike overnight when the fuel elsewhere is in the 80c margin your $1: 39 total rip-off no justification for that much of a price hike other than greed
This service station restroom facilities are atrocious. Never any hand soap in bathroom also toilet door has not had a lick on it for months.

Closed 30min early. I had no petrol ran out after the bridge. SHOULD BE 24/7 like pretty much every other petrol station or atleast should stick to the close time!
The petrol price is always higher than others at Shell. Coles convenient store worth 2.5 star and the other half is for the location.
Best bloody servo in Sydney. It has everything you could ever need in a crisis. Scrub wipes? Sure! Tomato salsa? You bet your ass! Quest bars, in several of the flavours you know and love? Damn straight. I owe this place my life.
The staff (especially one guy, could be some kind of store manager), was very rude. I just asked a simple question after taking a coffee that is the amount of coffee that is coming out of this machine is correct as I g to this place very regular. In reply to that his answer was, take another cup and measure it again and he snatched that cup from me. Then, he again commented what I am expecting in 80 cents. His behavior was very rude.
