Large supermarket with wide variety of things not crowded and easy to get in & out quickly.

Love going to this Coles. They have variety of products and sure is bigger than my usual Coles at where I live

Hi, We have been shopping at Coles Broadway for over a year. In the past month and a half we have had 3 occasions where the fresh produce we have purchased as not made the best before date before going off. The first occasion was some fresh chicken that was sealed had expired. The smell was a clear sign. The 2nd was a prawn which was bad. The 3rd was some fish that had developed a thick slime. On each occasion there were 2-3 days to go before the best before date. I have never experienced this in all my time shopping. I think Coles need to review the quality assurance standards and processes at this store before less experienced cooks get food poisoning. Having to return food is a real inconvenience. I tried to write this review direct to coles but no longer have the barcode for these products.

Conveniently located in Broadway Shopping centre. Has all your grocery needs. Fast and efficient checkout.

One of the largest and most well laid out supermarkets in Sydney. Can always get what I need here.

If I can give negative zero, I would! Due to intimidation that I have experienced today by the attendant name Duc/Buc. Required assistance for item, he directed me downstairs (not sure what’s downstairs)

To ensure he heard me correctly, I asked again, his response was “Are you from _ country,? ” I replied yes! He laugh and responded “we don’t have that here! ” (Mind you, I asked for Vanilla Bean) First, not sure it’s appropriate to make fun of someone’s origin. Second, this attendant has no clue of the products and requires re-training and perhaps additional education in life.

Disappointing for such huge company to hire such a worker that intimidate customers and think it’s ok. Did not have time to speak to Manager as I was in rush however, we will definitely bring this to management attention.

A good spacious supermarket. No empty shelves. A little more$ than other shops but quality is great.

Moved so don't go there as much as I did when I lived close but it was my shop to get my essentials

You can find basically everything your household needs from this store.
You name it, from seasonal fresh fruit, seasonal vegetables, cheeses, bakery, frozen food, Asian delicacy, cleaning need, personal hygiene, and the list is continue….

Great place to shop, plenty on offer, larger than most Coles stores, plenty of bargains, close to Hoyts cinema, food court, and speciality clothing stores, and other outlets, well worth a visit, clean and tidy centre

This is a big store close to the Central Station. It offers wide variety of bakery, groceries, vitamins, soft drinks, stationary, dog food and accessories. But it may be crowded.

One problem is the new, senior lady sell the fish. She does want to sell fish at sometimes. It seems rude. Coles should train properly. In the past, no matter the man or another senior lady is polite.

Very busy in the evenings, especially on weekends and Thursday nights. However, the store’s stock is constantly being replenished and there are always floor staff members roaming around who you can ask for assistance when you need it. Checkout staff are very nice despite the high volume and frequency of nutters who present themselves at the checkouts.

I always shop here Love their veggie and bakery section always well stocked and and fresh. Store is good with physical distancing and cleanliness. Will be shopping again.

Good inner city supermarket. Massive store with a great variety. Missing some more 'high end' grocery items but good value and generally a good range of everything you'd need for your weekly shop. Good fresh fruit and vegetables.
