Coldstream Gallery

The gallery has a beautiful range of artwork, prints and sculptures from varying artists. It also changes regularly so each time I’ve visited there has been something new. Marc and Steve are lovely and accommodating. I love both my prints and highly recommend stopping into Coldstream Gallery for Art in the Clarence Valley.

Fabulous gallery with good value local artworks, have bought on 2 occasions in a great village, next to Clarence valley river, makes a very good break/stop on a road trip for the weekend for coffee, homemade pies or ice cream, well worth it️

Only a quick pop in, all the art work, woodwork and glass ware was lovely, bit expensive though, that my thoughts.

A short way down the Clarence River you’ll arrive at the historic port of Ulmarra, frozen in time at the turn of the century and still operating a cable ferry on the river.

One of a handful of evocative buildings is the elegant Sydney Stores department store.

Dating to 1907, this is clad with weatherboard, has geometric tiles in its frieze and a delicately carved verandah on the street.

Since 1975 the building has held the Coldstream Gallery, specialising in locally produced painting and a diversity of works in bronze, wood, glass and more.

You can stop by to appreciate the history and purchase an original souvenir, while the gallery also runs a program of creative classes and workshops, and rents out accommodation at this delightful location.

Beautiful gallery showcasing some amazing local artists

Like a breath of fresh air displaying local artists work in the best way.

Excellent display with fine variants of fine art in so many different mediums. The operators of the Gallery are knowledgeable without the typical "Flair". Such a refreshing change.
Please take the time to reward yourself and browse around, you will not be sorry, by the way the coffee at the end of the street is very good also.
