7Stop during hail storm and most needed break. The toilet were a little worse for wear but with conditions still good.
A much-needed rest was enjoyed. However, the long wait in the cold for a slash was not. Other than that, can't complain.
TOILET seat missing and disabled one not working. Could use a clean more often
Lovely place beside the road with views of the mountains on both sides. Decent bathrooms and benches to sit and grab a bite
On the way to Melbourne we needed to stop for a sleep. It had to have facilities and a safe place to spend a few hours of rest. I've always stopped here on trips to Melbourne. The toilets were clean and well-lit. It's a frequent stop for truckies and other travellers so we decided to stop for the night. Great rest!
Good place to stop and stretch your legs. Tables and chairs to sit at while having your picnic or takeaway. Restrooms are usually good. They are cleaned and bins emptied federally. Can become untidy when there is a high volume of travellers or travellers travelling who don't appreciate the facility.
Rest area southbound on the Hume Highway. Some of the info graphic boards are suffering from weather and need replacement. The toilets were ok but the size of the spiders on the roof area - the golden orbs - were massive! There is a spot to sit on the picnic tables but not much shade about. One other interesting point is that I saw three butterflies here. A good spot to stop if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of the bigger take away chain stops.
