We entrusted Col and his team to sell a property which had been in our family for over 90 years, during a pandemic, auctioned online, with a Sydney vendor. There was no hard-sell, 'tyre-kicking' tactics, he gave us helpful suggestions to maximise the value, and even added styling & removed rubbish. He was client-focused and a great communicator, bringing a wealth of knowledge of the area, market and industry, and pleasant. Price was $300k over reserve. I would recommend him to anyone.

Col from the outset was clear about the expectations with the property we wanted to buy. He was upfront with costs, the market and any questions we fired off at him. He went above and beyond getting us answers to our questions and ensuring a smooth purchase with the vendors. He was attentive but by no means pushy.
