Brought a air filter for my CB500F and after a couple of logistics issues getting my filter, Nesrin and the team promptly fixed the issue and had it sent to me express. I would not hesitate in buying or recommending Coffs motorsports to anyone. Two thumbs up guys

Supplied wrong part, returned, then refused refund because I disputed via eBay, and PayPal. Instead of doing the right thing, kept my money. Poor form, 2nd rate parts. Avoid using them!

This business appears to be thriving because their service and support is superior to other motorcycle businesses in the area. Absolutely first rate.

Good service, however inside the store is real dark due to the black ceiling. Made it hard to read lables and see things properly. And yes i was wearing glasses

Bought a 125 there for my young fella. We got great service and a great deal. They really know they're stuff and always very happy to help or answer and questions. They are so easy to find right on the highway and easy access for loading trailers etc. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Bad customer service dragged out problem then told me too late to help.

Never been there before, till I was riding back from Sydney to Brisbane, somehow lost a screw from my visor, stopped in and the guys were so helpful. They found me a replacement screw somewhere out the back, made sure it fit, installed it for me & sent me back on my way. No charge. These guys are true champions. I will definitely return to the store next time I'm going past and now that I know I can buy online from these blokes, I'll also be doing just that. Thanks fellas, keep up the great service, I owe ya one!

Just purchased a Yoshi exhaust via their ebay store, received in good time (from QLD to VIC during lock down) and in great condition. Two thumbs up.

Fraudulent staff at this business purchased from my company, then made a dispute with their bank. This was a large amount of money, $699 actually. When advised will report this to the police, they came up with some story minutes later that they know what happened after denying the whole thing. I would strong suggest avoiding this fraudulent business.

There are fraudulent staff members at this business. Tried to steal a TV from our company, their tactic was to purchase online, get it delivered then dispute the $699 transaction with their bank. Luckily we had not posted the TV yet. So their idea failed. I would strongly suggest avoiding this business at all costs.

They're more than happy to post things if you can't get to Coffs Harbour and their prices are very competitive.

Incredible, is the only way I can describe Darryl and his team.
I tried to purchase a 250cc ag boss (quad with semi auto- no clutch, tipper tray with drop sides, lowball and winch).
The South East QLD dealer didn't want my business, wouldn't respond to ph messages, emails and texts.
Woman at their complex (when we drove approx 50km to get there to speak to someone, was not only very rude and arrogant, said they were out of stock (ebay add said different) couldn't say when new stock in in "should be sometime next week".
We left wi thout being offered a business card or an offer to contact us when the shipment arrived, did quote us $500 over advertised price, not assembled and had to organise own delivery.

Emailed Coffs Motors and ag, had almost instant response.
None in stock, but told when would be arriving and was happy to deliver interstate.
We agreed to purchase even though cost would probably be at least a few extra hundred.
They came back with an very favourable price distance and all.
Arrived today, in perfect condition, fully assembled and at the same price we would have paid for an unassembled unit with extra for delivery.
Now we only have a 4.5acre property, trying to be self sufficient. As a Afghanistan Veteran living on a Defence Pension $'s are very very tight.
With service related spinal injuries without this (or extremely similar) machine I would have had to leave my home of 25 years (here and away with work, but still our family home).
I wouldn't get enough to buy a decent house with at least 1 acre. I suffer Major PTSD (Afghanistan) and need space to walk around have my fruit trees, and privacy I'd stay indoors 24/7.
Anyway gone miles off track,
THANK YOU Darryl, his staff and David (I believe his name is, PTSD ruins memory as well as every other aspect of your life, but I'm still way, way, way better off than a lot of Veteran's) the delivery driver.
You've been exceptional and giv e n me at least a little faith in the general public, if I ever need other farm equipment I'll be calling you first.
