Potential rate paying customers are forced to have an experimental medical treatment to look at the art. What a disgusting breach of the Australian Constitution, which states “No medical conscription. ”

All we wanted was a coffe we where told by the lady that she had all these sandwiches to make prior to us getting a coffe, there where three staff there, and they where not that busy, more direction in management may be the key, and do not be so short with your customers,

A beautiful gallery with an impressive collection gifted to the gallery of Indigenous Art. I loved the notes connected to the pieces, words from the artists. Currently 2 collections on display which perfectly complement each other.

I went to view the 2019 Archibald Prize and found friendly staff and a large open well-lit space. All on ground floor so wheelchair accessible. I enjoyed the exhibition, didn’t see any gift shop (which I think are usually worth a browse at galleries), then strolled a couple of blocks to the second site for the remainder of the exhibition (in the nearby shopping centre). I understand that plans are well underway for a new much bigger space in between these two locations. I look forward to visiting again to experience that.

There was a stunning indigenous exhibit when we visited. Could have stayed longer and soaked up all the beauty of the artwork.

The quiet cultural revolution in Coffs. Come and stare at the various artworks and pretend you're anywhere in the world. Have coffee in the cafe next door. Go back in and take in the artworks a bit further.
You could be looking at anything from a travelling Archibald exhibition to regional exchanges of talent. It's also free.

I love this place. We have some wonderful motivated artists and arts promoters in our Coffs/Bellingen community.

I am frequently inspired when I visit.

THANK YOU.

Such a lovely place excellent staff who were very helpful. I attended a few weeks back and exhibit hosted was quite phenomenal, with themes surrounding nature and indigenous Australians. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there and was absorbed by the variety of talents and cultural backgrounds which influenced the works. Definitely recommend.

Enjoyed the markets which were a short stroll from our apartment. Lots of interesting breakfast options including Japanese, Syrian, Eritrean, Thai, Turkish and of course Aussie. I had a Thai omelette with rice and potatoes.delicious! My wife had gyoza and miso soup. Very nice. Only criticism was the wait for coffee at the two most popular vans. 30-45 minutes. Some interesting stalls selling local produce including fruit and veges. Easy way to spend a couple of hours. Stunningly beautiful day too! Lots to look at! Don’t eat before you go.loads of food options to choose from. Fresh veggies and fruit to buy. Can take a rug and chill and listen to some music.

I always drop into this regional gallery when in town at Coffs Harbour.
To get my Art Fix, there is always local and interstate exhibitions of interesting creative ideas.
